Jul’06–Apr’07: Performed with outstanding rating as Country Head of Security and Risk
Management with a French and Spanish owned multinationals ‘Lafarge’ in Bangladesh having an operational area of responsibility more than 20 Square kilometres industry and terminals across the country, in consultation with Control Risks Group (CRG) of the UK. Risks mitigation, Loss prevention in the supply chain, identifying internal and external frauds and minimizing crime were the main responsibilities.
2003-2006 Commanding troops, staff works, maintaining accounts, acting as training officer,welfare officer and second in command in the regiment. Also a successful recruiting officer.
2002-2003 As major in a military contingent of Bangladesh Army under United Nations Missions in Sierra Leone (UNAMSIL) successfully worked to bring peace in Sierra Leone through pacification, disarmament, demobilization, reintegration, reconstruction, restoring law and order situation and holding a free fair election. Aviation movement control and Lungi International Airport security was also a vital mission.
1996-2002 As Assistant Director and later Deputy Director in the Special Security Force (Supreme Supervisory Security Force of Bangladesh), successfully planned and executed physical protection of Head of the State and Head of the Government of Bangladesh continuously over six years, which includes vital facilities security, close protection to the residence and body of the Presidents, Prime Ministers and Heads of Care Taker Government. This also includes the physical protection to many world leaders such as Presidents William J. Clinton (U.S.A), Nelson Mandela (South Africa), Yaasir Arafat (PLO), Mrs.Kumaratunga (Sri Lanka), Fidel Ramose (Philippines), John Major (UK), HE Tony Blair (UK ) and premiers of China, Japan, India, Pakistan and so on.
It may be noted that during 10th SAARC Summit in 1998 successfully planned, coordinated and arranged foolproof security at Hotel TAJ SAMUDRA in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In October 1999, successfully accomplished assigned task of V.V.I.P plane security in Heathrow. Have vast work experiences with the U.S. Secret Service, Prime Ministerial Security of U.K., and many other security organizations.
Have academic training and years long practical experiences on terrorist strategies and tactics, risk assessment, security survey procedures, intrusion detection systems, fire/bombs and explosives safety/detection/defence, entry and access control, perimeter security, contingency planning, and protective light/audio/visual/magneto wave equipment handling. In light of these-successfully arranged security of two permanent residences of Head of the Government and declared VVIPs of Bangladesh. Also expert in coordinating security matters up to ministerial and international level.

during Parliamentary Election 1996.UN Medal For successful participation in peace process in Sierra Leone.
