Agensi Perkerjaan Multimax Sdn Bhd (APM), is a Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) Licensed

company. It is established to serve the Industries need for Foreign workers to be employed

in Malaysia.

APM has established relationships through formal agreements with foreign Recruitment

Agencies in countries such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka,

Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and Nepal.

We are capable of processing to get approval from the government of over 3000 foreign

nationals. These from worker are to be recruited and employed in Malaysia.

The foreign workers are to be placed in the following Industries:

Manufacturing, Plantation, Service, Agriculture, Domestic Maids, Professionals and

Expatriates.

Hon. Dato' Sri Noor Muzammil is the Chairman of Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd. He is a professional holding a double degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering. He graduated from Kingston University, London, England. He has worked in British Gas PLC London, where he head and managed all aspects of Downstream Gas Distribution Networks, Head the Operations including Construction, Plant and Project Division.

Between 1990 to 1995 he was employed by ESSO Production (M) Inc.in Malaysia where he managed various Civil Engineering Projects on Esso's oil & gas platforms in the South China Sea. He was appointed as Malaysia's first Resident Engineering on Malaysia's largest Oil & Gas Production facility, the Seligi Alpha Production Complex and also the Resident Engineer for the Terengganu Crude Oil & Gas Terminal (TCOT) in Kerteh, Terengganu. He has over 20 years of Oil & Gas Downstream and Upstream experience at senior management level.

In early 1995, he was handpicked by the Chairman of DRB-HICOM Conglomerate (the late Tan Sri Yahya Bin Ahmad) to manage Special Projects for the Group. He was entrusted to initiate and implement a RM1.2Billion National Car Project in collaboration with PSA Citroen International. He was responsible for the set up of the automotive manufacturing plant in Pekan, Pahang and the marketing and distribution companies throughout Malaysia. With the demise of the Chairman of the DRB-HICOM Group in September 1997, he left DRB-HICOM Group to start his own business.

Hon. Dato' Sri Noor Muzammil has diversified interests and extensive experience in Corporate Malaysia. His field of expertise is in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Automotive Manufacturing, Infrastructure Development and Plantations.

Hon. Dato’ Sri never stops expanding his vision and developing interest in the fast moving world. His great passion, experiences and vast knowledge in several fields have made him a sought after company Chairman.

He is at present the South East Asia Investment Advisor to a London based Investment group Cavendish Capital llc. London.

He is also the Co-Chairman of World Coin Ltd, a company related to Gold Assets Investment and Trading based in Dubai, UAE.
