REGISTRATION WITH NSWMD
New applicants shall register with NSWMD by downloading the
application form at

The completed form shall be submitted by hand or via mail to the

REGISTER "APPROVED
EXPORTER" IN
e-PERMIT
Applicant to update exporter information through ePERMIT
system.
AP application shall be submitted only upon the approval of
exporter/supplier by NSWMD.
AP APPLICATION
Applicant to submit AP application via ePERMIT.
NSWMD shall endeavour to process AP application within 7
working days.
Mandatory supporting documents to be attached with every AP
application:
1) Actual photo of imported plastic waste.
2) Factory operation compliance letter by DOE.
3) Exporter/supplier approval letter along with ISO 14000
certificate.
4) Invoice (The invoice must be stamped and signed by exporter/
supplier).
5) Business license / Local Authority permit.
CONSIGNMENT RELEASE
Applicants with acknowledgement by Royal Malaysian Customs
Department (RMCD) and valid permit number may liaise with
RMCD to release the consignment from port or customs entry
points.
NSWMD current policy:
1. An AP is valid for one (1) consignment only
2.Imported plastic waste shall be clean and homogenized
3.AP cannot be assigned, sub-assigned or transferred to third party.
4.All imported plastic waste may not be disposed at landfill. All waste shall be treated fully.

NSWMD shall endavour to issue "Exporter/Supplier Approval
Letter" within 7 working days upon receival of complete
recommendations report from SWCorp.

Pemohon yang masih belum berdaftar hendaklah mengemukakan permohonan
pendaftaran untuk mengimport sisa plastik secara manual. Borang dan carta alir
boleh didapati melalui laman sesawang

permohonan AP dibuat.

PENGESAHAN
EKSPORTER YANG
DILULUSKAN MELALUI e-
PERMIT
Pemohon mengemaskini kelulusan eksporter/pembekal ke dalam sistem e-PERMIT.
Permohonan AP hanya boleh dibuat selepas senarai eksporter diluluskan oleh
JPSPN Melalui ePERMIT.
PERMOHONAN AP
(Pelepasan Konsainan)Permohonan yang telah diperakukan oleh pihak Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia
dan mempunyai nombor permit bolehlah berurusan dengan pihak Jabatan Kastam
Diraja Malaysia bagi pelepasan konsainan di Pelabuhan atau Pintu Masuk.
1. Satu (1) AP hanya untuk satu (1) konsainan.
2. Sisa Plastik yang diimport mestilah bersih dan homogenized.
3. AP tidak boleh dipinda, diserahhak atau dipindah milik kepada pihak ketiga.
4. Sisa Plastik yang diimport perlu diproses sepenuhnya tanpa pelupusan di tapak pelupusan.
Pemohon membuat permohonan AP melalui e-PERMIT.
Permohonan akan diproses melalui sistem e-PERMIT dalam tempoh 7 Hari bekerja.
Dokumen sokongan yang WAJIB dilampirkan semasa permohonan AP :
1) Gambar sebenar sisa plastik yang hendak diimport.
2) Surat pematuhan operasi kilang daripada JAS.
3) Surat kelulusan eksporter (Pembekal) bersama Sijil ISO 14000.
4) Invois (Invois yang dikemukakan perlulah ditandatangan dan dicop oleh
Eksporter/Pembekal).
5) Lesen perniagaan yang sah

Surat kelulusan eksporter/pembekal akan dikeluarkan oleh JPSPN dalam tempoh 7
hari bekerja setelah menerima dokumen pengesyoran lengkap daripada SWCorp.
Surat kelulusan eksporter/pembekal hendaklah dikemukakan setiap kali permohonan
AP dibuat.
