1.0 Senarai Buku Baharu Perpustakaan menerima sebanyak 60 buah buku baharu sepanjang bulan September dan Oktober 2013. Buku-buku tersebut adalah seperti disenaraikan di mukasurat 4-6. Buku-buku yang telah ada nombor kelas samada telah disusun di rak koleksi buku atau masih berada di ruang pameran buku baharu boleh dibuat pinjaman

2.0 Senarai Terbitan Bersiri Baharu Perpustakaan menerima sebanyak 30 buah jurnal/majalah dan enam buah laporan tahunan baharu sepanjang bulan September dan Oktober 2013. Terbitan bersiri tersebut adalah seperti disenaraikan di mukasurat 11. Bahan-bahan tersebut telah disusun di rak dan boleh dirujuk.

3.0 Senarai Tesis Baharu Sebanyak 6 buah tesis baharu diterima, 5 merupakan tesis M.Sc manakala satu tesis PhD. Senarai adalah seperti di

muka surat 7.

4.0 E-Buku Perpustakaan FRIM telah menambah koleksi langganan dengan ScienceDirect iaitu e-buku disamping e-

jurnal yang sedia ada. Sejumlah 67 tajuk e-buku boleh diakses dan dimuat turun melalui pangkalan data

ScienceDirect. Kaedah mengakses adalah sama dengan kaedah mengakses e-jurnal. Senarai tajuk-tajuk e-

buku tersebut adalah seperti di mukasurat 8-9, tajuk yang berwarna biru menunjukan bahan tersebut ada

dalam dua bentuk iaitu e-buku dan cetakan. Buku dalam bentuk cetakan boleh didapati di bawah koleksi

buku dan boleh dipinjam melalui Pinjaman biasa.

5.0 Statistik Perpustakaan

bilangan pengguna FRIM & Luar Sepanjang bulan September dan Oktober 2013 Perpustakaan FRIM telah dikunjungi oleh seramai 128 orang pengguna. 91 orang (71%) merupakan Penjawat awam FRIM dan 37 orang (29%) merupakan pengguna luar.

Keahlian perpustakaan FRIM Perpustakaan menambah dua orang ahli lagi menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan 902 ahli sehingga akhir Oktober 2013.

Cawangan Perpustakaan mengambil Bahagian dalam Hari Terbuka Bahagian Teknikal yang diadakan pada 3 Oktober 2013 dengan mengadakan beberapa aktiviti seperti pameran buku oleh pembeka Bookline dan CABI, pameran buku-buku nadir (lama) koleksi Perpustakaan, tutorial pangkalan data Forest Science dan pertandingan membalut kotak pamphlet.
