I was so infected – I went blind – and finally I collapsed from June – August. I tried to communicate with CHC-KL at a time I was so ill – delirious with fever – dizzy – disorientated and the CHC KL did everything to worsen the condition to the Point of near death. Everyday is a struggle. In May 11 – Goh again sees me in the street and screams I will kill you. In every occasion – I have seen this man – which is 4 x – when he just came attacking me – HE was screaming I will kill you. I severally infected with a Fatal disease and I cannot get help. IT is shocking that Dr. HEDY FRY – Vancouver – whose job is to support human rights and to care for the Ill. She ignored me – completely. I have to investigate ethics – Rights and codes of Medical conduct – Diplomatic – rules and regulations – and the Right to have me Murdered – or Man slaughter or a Victim of a Crime that resulted in my death. In Vancouver is the only Dr. Lawson Baird . He diagnosed the Syndrome and now it’s a real thing. I begged him as well.

With the Malaysian Doctors telling me they will not treat me – and that I was going to die. I am in great danger.

Cocobay Resort Malaysia is a hop, skip and Jump from Kuala Lumpur but light years away from the year 2017. Its still 1346-1353 here at Cocobay . The tale I have to tell you is a cautionary tale. History does repeat itself. I am dying from deliberate exposure to Leptospirosis. It was placed there by Jack Goh – The Malaysian Doctors refused to treat me. The CHC-KL deliberately mislead me and the Vice Counsel Marc –Oliver Jean deliberately interfered with my communication with the PMO office- Justin Trudeau and with Dr, Hedy Fry. The disease if not treated is fatal. I am appealing to The Hague – Geneva – New York before I die. The 10th month is noted – November 13th 2017.

Caveat- Upon seeing more doctors, they said, its not "the plague" its a plague vector - I am exposed to. Difference being as that the critter -el rato de cocobay - does not carry "the plague" it does carry a ton of other infectors. Since it has been 2 months since the infection and though I am very ill. NO one else is being infected by me. Is my body at risk, yes as I have to have an ECG - and some brain scans to see if the infection has caused a recorded damage. As the disease vector is the same - Rat- then as the rat based infections will -appear similar. High fevers, severe rashes, and illness. It includes attacks to the major organs

Apparently the doctors here in PD are accustomed to treat many patients with all kinds of diseases from the insect, bacteria and vermin filled world that is here. Problem I never went looking for it. It was in my bed. X2. So its a HOLY FKCU experience. So no plague - perse but death due to a critter that has carried it in history. I know not much consolation. Still seeking Medical help.

Malaysia is still quite a dangerous place to live and visit and I was lured to Coco-bay Resort even after telling my acquaintance, I cannot go to a mold filled environment, having experienced the worst black mold at The Swiss hotel in Penang, Malaysia.

It never dawned on me to state and plead no exposure to vermin, rats. mice etc. As to I guess all concerned that travel, that world of rats and mice are not considered de rigueur in our modern times.

I have to write this event for several reasons. My impending death from this - the lives of others to follow. No I dont have the plague - well - its a plague - and not contagious, I am told by the now - 10 doctors I have tried to see and get help for a massive infection. That came out of no where. It does kill as it has no cure - just treatment - until the veil parts.

I will update the condition as it develops, so that it is understood. I did not video the pox marks -with its syphilitic like expression. However based on these pictures yikes they are similar to what I had. These 50 boils - of a variety of shapes, colors and sizes last for about a month. The itching was so severe - that I used 3M scouring pads for the kitchen to scour and exfoliate these lesions. I poured Dettol and Bleach on me. I went into the Sea spending hours to drain them and used sand and its minerals to help heal them. I felt disfigured. I could feel the pox on the back of my eyes. I lay in bed analyzing my body as it failed. Can you imagine with all the care I am taking that I had to end up..like this? Yes, I am looking for answers. But it cant be here. Malaysia will kill me faster. Canada is too far away and it has to be Vancouver. But can you imagine the horror if I say to the customs at Vancouver Airport - sorry but I have been exposed to the plague and just flew - 12,000 miles in a tube in the sky? They will kill me too? I am going to get more shots - of everything - and I have the heart scan in a few hours and a brain scan coming up. Does exposure mean you have it? or ? In the end - its more than a nightmare. How long do I have?

Yes the medications that I brought are a profound what's what of a script that I could tolerate. I did at the time go through all the normal responses you would do when you are travelling but you have not factored in Port Dickson - or its populace or its raison d'etre exist on the fringes of time. As so is its Medical support and basically anything related to this place that can support the Black death.

The journey here began innocently enough. I was on the last legs of the Malaysian - Misadventure. Basically as I have come to understand squalor is a mind-state here. The Malays I mean no disrespect but lets call a spade a shovel are filthy dirty. Again no disrespect as the amount of doctors that I saw have told

me the same thing in regards to COCOBAY RESORT - PORT DICKSON. I mentioned Cocobay and they shudder. All the staff shuddered. But I do have to mention that FILTH its pretty endemic here in Malaysia. The videos I have to load are revealing- you have never seen anything like this.

Does Murder whet your appetite?. It does go into the Mundane. As it was a slow decline into eternal obscurity of death. The final chapter. The last hurrah. The videos may help. But at least I did one last deed - I tried to warn all others. This Rat feces was in both condos in the beds.

Stinging me to the point that it felt as if Acid had been poured all over my body.

This is the beginning of the tale. Formally written that had no response from the Officials at CHC. For some reason I went into excruciating detail, possibly as every word recreated a moment in that time, a haunting tune of the brain, mind, vision dying. But holding on to life. I am reeling as the images that I gathered to plug into the piece actually showed precisely what I was exposed to and experienced. So, yes, I have the plague(ish). Or its ancestral version 2017. Dying is an intense experience and I am all alone. The doctors here say its not the plague as they are thinking 13th century but its 2017 and a new version may be on its way. Please note I am very ill at this time. That for me to write this now before anything else happens. And that you understand that it is quite extraordinary. And an Experience I have never had. It is detailed so that in the event of this unknown future – I am taking the time to put it into writing in case of a greater emergency. I am in Malaysia on holiday. Please bear with this situation as I explain it. As some details are required due to what I am experiencing. I took this time off the past year to relax and travel around Asia. But I ran into an unexpected situation. One that may require some Embassy Finesse. I am in Cocobay Resort, Port Dickson a condo rental from January 3rd 2017. I came here as it was close proximity to the beach. I never saw the condo and had trusted an acquaintance named, Yusuf Djuly that I had met in December to rent the place, he did so in his name. But as I told him make sure there is no mold or anything that could potentially harm me. Insects Vermin and the like. I had developed severe anaphylaxis while in Toronto Canada. To the point that part of the reason and with another Doctors blessings who had tried to treat this strange affliction, that the allergies were too great and that I had to go somewhere and get over them if possible. As I became allergic to all the meds as well. A sign that I was being environmental challenged. So I came to Malaysia – Thailand – and just wandering around to get better. Recording it and writing.

My plan at this time, in Port Dickson was to go to Dumai Indonesia on the 27th of February and receive my last Malaysian chop and then go to Thailand and take a flight from Chiang Mai to Vancouver. In June 2017.

I had a family doctor in Vancouver BC and wanted to go there and consult with him and see if the time away had fixed the allergies and if BC climate will be better than Toronto. All I needed was time to get better. As In Toronto the allergies had exploded into quite strong and dangerous reactions. I had never had any of these reactions before and never knew what Anaphylactic shock was. It was just words but in Toronto – it caused me to stop breathing – go unconscious and lots of drama. It may be due to age, family genetics, no one knows why you get anaphylaxis or why mine was so large an experience. I am 59 now ?

The place in Cocobay resort Block C-06 -03 was very dirty and I quietly freaked, The look on Yusuf face was sort of don't complain as its the best I can do? Really dude? . I thought okay – I will have to clean it. I bought my own bedding etc. and I settled in to relax and edit a book that I had written. But Cocobay Resort had other plans. Later –after the incident- In going from Doctor to Doctor here, as I found out this place is known by the locals to be the absolute meaning of FILTH. And to stay away. But that was only after the incident and that I was stranded. Per se.

These are some of the letters to the Doctors I saw. What they reveal is what is truly MAD here in Port Dickson. And I will add Malaysia.

At 3 am on January 13th, I went to bed. During the day – I had washed my bedding and as it had rained the sheet etc. had not dried. I looked at the box of bedding provided by the caretaker a Mr. Goh who I had not met. Within maybe half an hour, I had fallen asleep and woke up screaming in pain as I had been bitten – by ? It felt as if acid had been poured all over my body. I ran into the shower and tried to deal with the sudden appearance of about 50 boils – pox like blisters and hives that were all over my body. I had been somewhat disfigured and was at this time ill with fever and shaking.

Before coming on the journey I had discussed with a doctor Dr. Anthony Chen what Travel meds to take and out think the possible bacteriological or any pathogen that I may encounter. As I was allergic to so many meds(antibiotics) I/we had to choose carefully.

It was now 4am and I was in quite the state. There was no one to call and I had to solve this emergency. I started taking Dapsone a heavy antibiotic that was prescribed in the event of such – a situation.

I took it and within a couple of hours, i started to get better. The pain went away and the fever reduced. I then turned my attention to what was in that bed and what had happened. It was now around 7 am and I was a bit delirious due to this unknown attack. I threw the blanked and sheets in a large bucket. I had bleach and Dettol and soap and the bedding in the water – turned RED. It looked like BLOOD – and there were bits of what looked like feces in it. ?

So there you have the Red/Rust of the Rat Feces that was in a blanket that I had on me.

Its beyond gross – by this time shock had set in with exhaustion. I scrubbed the bed, the floor etc – put the mattress outside and fell asleep exhausted. On the couch. A few hours later – as in 8 I awoke and looked at the body damage and the absolute mess of this place.

I contacted Dr. Chen in Toronto. FB Dr. Lawson Baird in Vancouver leaving messages and also my Homeopathic Doctor in Toronto – I called Lawson and left messages. I also had started calling the local hospital – and emailing Kliniks to get directions as to what to do. But this is Port Dickson and the locals mainly only speak Malay and very little English. It was important to know where to go as to find medication etc and who could provide it. But also remember I was at this time very ill and based on the recent history of anaphylaxis. I had to be careful. I only had 2 attacks in Shah Alam of the reaction versus every day in Toronto and when I was in Thailand at the Beach. I had no reaction. Here at the beach from the 3-till the 13th I was in great shape.

I had once I was in the sea gotten better. I was taking long walks etc. Beginning to run and hike etc. This may be mundane to you dear Canada. But to me it so important that I was getting better. After 4 years of great struggle in Toronto – I had finally stopped taking all these pills – allergy and whatever meds that they gave me that caused me to be so sick.

I had no replies from any PD Medical establishments – 1 reply from Dr. Chen, saying that as I was away seek local care and take the meds that he had prescribed. As I had a lot of these meds. I took them but I was aware that I was very ill. And from history in Canada – Dr’s had a hard time treating it – and had caused more problems. So going to a hospital / Dr.– or even getting ill was never an option here in Malaysia,

I told Yusuf Djuly about it, “the attack” and he called Mr. Goh and he said it’s the housekeepers fault. He is the housekeeper as it turned out. From January 13 – to the 29 – I would say now I was so out of it. I was in daze and though the medication was working? I was getting weaker and weaker. It was a slow process. This is told 2 months after the event. Time was needed to get better and also to establish it was a problem. As there was an event but this outcome was unknown. The reason being is that it was no ordinary Bed bug/ parasitic attack. The “blood” red color and feces I saw in the water was due to it being rat/mice feces. Any bacteria / mold / bedbugs/ parasites came from Rat/ Mouse feces that is blood/rust red in color. Treatment has to be in turns out specific to that species and realm and it us known to damage all your major organs.

By this time, I had an encounter with Mr. Goh. He was very violent and came at me – screaming and swing chains and muttering all kinds of madness. I had no idea who he was and what he was shouting -talking about.

He made absolutely no sense – and his overall condition was so bad, I was not sure what I was looking at. He was so distorted, wheeling, twisting and turning and basically in a state of some mania. This was frightening. My best way to describe his appearance and behavior was Gollum from Lord of the rings. Later I was told by Resort security that he was a severe alcoholic and very unstable. So I met this man in an alcoholic rage – his unstable gait, the drooling from his mouth – the lurching – the wild eyes the screaming. ? What was I by renting here – exposed to. Infections- Madness?

Upon viewing this reality and reading what I encountered. 2 different people live in 1 body. What I received upon telling him about my change of plans based on the circumstances - : There is a lot here in his rant that supposes we had conversations. We went on 2 hikes where I collapsed, 1 the day before I had to leave. We met maybe over the 6 weeks - 6 times?

I actually at first never mentioned the attack. As I was too sick. And so disgusted by it all. And as the weather was bad and rainy, I never saw him. And so all this is, is response was quite over the top.

After I wrote this and sent to a few long term European residents married to Malays. They really laughed at this following peace. They said, Dude you were hustled, Malay style. They asked - "I bet you were asked for a lot of $. I said I was and refused" .. but you gave him something? I said yes about 3000 ringgits of furniture. Which I suppose he could sell?

So this illness came on suddenly - ? Yes. But the reality of it being Rat based was only known on March 10th. They said - ignore everything he said - The best defense is an offense. You were of no more use to the dude. The friend continued, "you got infect via Rat feces? I was bitten by a snake

that was placed in my bed. And yes I was knock, knocking on heaven’s door. It took months to recover". Welcome to Malaysia.its a jungle.

So this is all BULLSHIT and I have to fight for my life. Maldoande! Michaso! GILLA!

SUDDENLY - VERBAL ASSAULT FROM YUSUF DJULY

Yusuf - Could you stop telling me all these melodramas. ( ??This was a surprise, as I barely saw him may be once every 10 days and i was so very ill and was asking for directions to hospital, buses to KL etc. so? Plus after the 1st. Goh incident, he completely disappeared. I had no idea what was going on. Much of this is surreal. Yusuf, made proclamations and then vanished with no more communication so all this is meaningless as it never occurred or occurred in snipets of dialogue over 6 weeks? - ) Yusuf continues, " I'm only reacting to your emotionally bad condition. Pull yourself together, everything you talked about for the past 3 weeks are repeating the same things over & over . And all the conclusions you create in your mind like they are reality. Could you give me some space in your mind? ( Cristoph- Again this is a wtf moment? Who is this person and what was going on? I had noticed in other mundane convos that his responses were ? a bit off the wall. That from the start he was defensive and oddly belittling? But I thought maybe cultural differences but this was quite a profound emotional outburst. of 1 + 1 =3 . I have noticed here in Malaysia if you hear hoof beats its not horses or zebras it was UNICORNS. And my conversations revolved around travel plans, food, his buddy William ? Again this is a profoundly disturbing attack and all BS ) Yusuf - Or you want me to email or forward to you every bit of things happened and problems I have whether it's relevant to you or not, and sending messages of whatever is in my head at the moment. (Again not a clue of what he is referring to? Conclusions? My mind reality? Space ? ) Yusuf - It's one thing you're physically ill, and that's a sad thing for me. But it's a completely different matter when you are emotionally weak to handle your situations. And the way you doing now is bitching about it.Bitching doesn't make you feel better, doesn't make the illness go, doesn't make anyone who talk to you feel better.In fact bitching makes things bitter, and makes the situation harder than it already is. (Cristoph - this is a wake up call - much of this did not take place. In conversation - I think I apologized for being sick? As I saw a glint of scorn on his face? One day after I had finally got Shots, maybe March 1. I come back to the place - and really passed out. I was asleep at 7.30 and woke up at 11.30 to this - Yusuf " you did not open your door - i knocked and rang and you ignored me. Are you trying to Block /avoid me? Cristoph - Sorry what are you are talking about? I was asleep - passed out from the meds, which he knew as i told him earlier? I think I thought at the time - there was a misunderstanding - either by choice or ? But with a deadly injury. I was quiet -- no energy and trying to get

better and certainly not involve him.I just said fine. I will just leave. That was all. As all this was pure puerile BS) and whatever space with his head ? it was wasted.

On the phone and asked him what was going on? Mr. Goh – was so profoundly unstable that whatever conversations he had with him about, rent, the infection, etc. He somehow? Became confused and in his drunken state - ? But in the end though I did not have to, except – with all this rage and all this illness I just needed to rest and as I could not and still do not understand what was taking place. I paid more $. To stop the madness and to buy peace and time to sort out this. I have not been able to. As of yet as the illness has taken over and I am trying to survive it. And Cocobay Resort.

Yusuf came by – we still did not know each well and I could never understand how I could end up here? I trusted – a stranger – to me at the time Good Samaritan to assist me but in the end – well – this illness and experience has defined my stay in Malaysia.

Yusuf – seemed affected by the experience with Mr.Goh and the Resort Management Mr. Paul Raj was alerted and they – took brief control of Mr.Goh. As far as I understood as I wanted him to get away from me and I wanted to get away from Cocobay resort. By now it’s February. I was taking the medication and yet I was still quite ill. I still had fevers and having some difficulty moving – and my heart, pulse and nervous system was so erratic.

Yusuf took me site seeing as it was now about 6 weeks in PD and due to the illness - ? or condition I had not done much. Beach – Bed and eat. He turned it into a hike. I thought at the time, maybe this physical test of exertion will help me understand what I am going through. I was aware that I needed – a stress test to evaluate the condition. All these issues I had undergone in Toronto having had to go through so many Dr’s just to be evaluated and examined for Anaphylaxis. So now I have a healthy dislike of hospitals and Doctors.

It proved I was in very bad physical condition. Whatever gains – I had made from the first few days – of being here at the Beach were gone. I was very weak and I did not know why? My heart beat so badly after 4 steps hiking up the path – that what should have been a 20 minute walk/hike turned into – an hour just to get up the short jungle path. My heart could be seen pounding out of my chest. My family has a chronic heart condition. All have died from it. My father at 52. I did everything I could not to fall into the category - I did not drink alcohol much –

never smoked – always exercised. Always ran and hiked and swam and weightlifted. But not anymore.

So Yusuf was observing me and unknown to me – my signs of illness he did not approve of – in fact he was incredibly offended that I was getting so sick? He started making insulting remarks about my weakness to ? me - ?? I did not know this guy at all. I am taken to a place I did not know. Got infected by? Was exposed to the madness of Goh. Got very ill and he was offended?

I simply and politely explained that it was the illness he was observing and that was all. I tried to find alternative accommodation – away from Cocobay – from GOH and from Yusuf. As I realised this situation was deteoriating for reasons so unclear to me. Yusuf disappeared for a while, meaning no contact from him. Also I did not engage him, as his responses were unexpected and confusing.

I called all the KLINIKS and Hospitals again. I finally got through to the Hospital – and 5 of their staff – stated DO NOT COME HERE – DO NOT COME TO EMERGENCY – GO to Klinik Kesihatan Port Dickson : 75C Jalan Dato K. Pathmanaban, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia Phone:+60 6-647 2800

I called the Klinik and FB message as I was unsure what the Medical situation here was in PD. I had no response and the reason was I spoke no Malay – they spoke – no English.

I was also looking for a place to escape Cocobay – same response- a non-response. I called – I left messages. This is a quiet town – with many spaces available so why was I not able to find anything. I began to google the Hotels – com – Bookings com etc and all these Hotels including Cocobay – the complaint list was all the same. Bad Beds – Bedbugs etc. Bad Maintenance- Bad service staff - So no wonder the extremely rude unprofessional – violent and unsanitary conditions here. I did go see a few places all over priced – and also I saw that the bedding – mold was there. It was a reality check – and it was PD a very dirty – if not filthy place. I thought well go up to Langkawi or Penang. ?

But the illness prevailed. Yusuf turned back up. I had stopped contacting him and just was trying to get out and get better. When he returned Yusuf ? Says lets go to Malacca. Forever up to travel and trying to overcome whatever this was? I said yes but the cost? He says NO Problem. Its 70.00 to rent a car – and the gas- and food – so Maybe 200.00 Ringgits – I said okay. But the next day – February 26 he shows up with a Driver and a car and he says, “I hurt my back. I can’t drive” My first question was what is this going to cost. I was once again footing a large bill.

Unnecessarily and something I had tried to get him to reveal with the complicated situation at the Condo I had been told 550. Per mth for this garbage dump of infection and free electricity. But that was not the truth. Malays like to barter and the place was a dump. Yusuf once said to me, I am not going to pay Goh more $. I again confused - said more $ , what $ and what do I owe now?

The attack from Goh turned out to be based on electrical usage – that was not free. ? And that due to the illness and being bed ridden and fevers – I was in bed more and in the cool – only able to go to the beach after the attack in the late afternoon. So ? And it turns out that Goh was even charging – from December when I was not even there. It was and is very contentious. I had nothing to do with it per se. But I was sure being violently threatened. Goh is unable to express himself except when he is raging. And he is very VIOLENT. Apparently Yusuf and Mr.Paul Raj, property management- had to control him, by being very harsh and intimidating. But as Goh continues to rail – he may be accustomed to be using his scare tactics on other guests like myself. A kind of extortion.

All foreigners who come here may get attacked and later as I had to escape Goh and I could find nothing suitable and being so weak I rented another place – in another building. Cocobay is a very large resort. And the issues in Block C – were repeated in Block B- but smaller. I had no choice – I was / am too ill to go traveling and I am seeking aggressive medical attention to solve this now established illness.

In Malacca – I became very ill – the antibiotics had finished. So I was still unaware of what had bitten me in the attack. But it was revealed in the move. Malacca was useful in making me aware that I could not go anywhere- The chop – the extension to stay in Malaysia would have to be done here in Malaysia. In Malacca I simply collapsed- the heat – the walking around – in 2 hours I was lying on the benches beneath the museum – overcome. Yusuf was looking for me as I had just wondered off to sleep. Anaphylaxis had hit and I was stiffening up. Meaning I was experiencing – a physical response from the bacteriological attack – parasitic attack that led to joint pain and stiffness. I need a tetanus shot or anaphylactic shock injection. Epi Pen injections run at 1700 ringgits. A tetanus shot is 40.00 ringgits.

I was too leave via Dumai, Indonesia. Yusuf was going to come along as he knew the city of Dumai, plus I was unsure of my physical ability or get the extension by the 28th. On the 27th . I was in many doctors’ offices. They were on lunch or? I was told come back at 5 or 7 etc. Pm. It was just 1,30 pm. I went to Klinik Kesihatan Port Dickson and what I experienced on the phone with The Hospital and the lack of response from the Klinik it was much worse in Person.

I paid my fee – and saw a Dr. who then upon listening to my analysis of events and though having the Anti- Tetanus shot decided to NOT give it to me – on the grounds that I could get it anywhere? I was shocked – “what do you mean. Anywhere?” He says you can go to any Klinik in PD and they can give you any # of vaccines including Tetanus. Since this was not the case – as I had called and sent requests and got no response and prior to getting to the Kesihatan, I had gone to 3 of them near the bus station in PD – and the staff said no – GO TO Kesihatan. Dr. is not in and we don’t carry any of this stuff – or go to KL. I said I require at least a tetanus shot, he said NO – and called a Klinik on the phone. The surrealism of it all – was to see this doctor pantomime all kinds of good news – a thumb up and say Hurry and go to Klinik Ang. They have it all- I said are you sure – this is 5 hours of a wild goose chase. He says yes I have confirmed it all.

PD is a slow coastal city. There are few buses – few taxis and few conveniences or niceties. The people here are so rough- I asked how to get there – The response was Get a taxi – I asked where from? They said I will call you one. Half hour goes by and no taxi. So they said go – outside on the street and get one. That has never worked for me here in PD. In Kl or Thailand taxi hustle you. Here they just drive past you. When I first got to PD – we got a taxi and we had to load my suitcases and the driver came out to look and jumped back into his car and drove off. Leaving us stranded.

So I ended up walking in the heat back to town. It was now 5.30 the Klinik closes at 6pm . I finally got there – and waited to see Dr. Ang. He calls me in. I explained who I was and what I wanted and that the Dr. from Kesihatan had confirmed you have what I require. He says - “I did not – I told them I have to order it from Kesihatan” Go back to them and GET OUT. IM BUSY. Now I am really confused. I left – but by then it was after 6pm and I finally got a shot of tetanus from another Dr. and the other Klinik I had seen was open and I went in – told them the story and he said you need ROCEPHIN as well.

Rocephin is a very powerful multi spectrum antibiotic for infections related to the pathogenic world I had encountered. I was also given a lot of different other antibiotics for everything. This was late on February 28th – I took the drugs and went spiraling into side effects. They were very powerful releasing massive fevers- and the side effects were to make me dizzy and nauseas and triggered anaphylaxis. The first few days I barely remember of early March – I knew I slept a lot and sweated and time just was lost. I had made arrangement to get out of Goh apartment. I contacted Yusuf to explain the situation via FB – I messaged him about the side effects and that I have to rethink all my plans – about moving away from Cocobay – organizing my trip to Canada via Thailand – his response

was for me to SHUT UP! ? He was regretting assisting me? And to leave him alone. This is a polite summary as the real note was aggressive and a bit vulgar.

In total we had maybe 12 visits – in 3 months- the situation of GOH – the infection and my collapses were unfortunate for me. A situation that somehow he arranged and would pay for possibly with my life... sounds dramatic but not.

I moved into B1 – 6 – 08 – The place was adequate. But it was a corner suite lots of light and air and it was clean. I did ask them to clean it. I moved my stuff in at 2- 6 am. But it quickly became critical – another horror story – the aircon had flooded the bed room suite. Again something I had not experienced before. I started videotaping the flood and the amount of water. I actually had to put in a 6 foot baby pool that I had to contain the flood – it’s on Video. So no exaggeration.

But and this is important – I had to move the bed- and it was completely rotten – it was nothing but saw dust. I had checked the mattress – but not the bed. Once I moved the bed, I was faced to face with my nemesis. What I videotaped and took pictures off was the Rat Feces. This particular feces is red/rust in color exactly the same look and color of what was in the blanket and wash-water.

(2) I had the rat urine / feces in the blanket – desiccated dried and fed on by Bed bugs - parasites

and mold.

(3) When I saw the blanket at 3am – I thought it was a beige tweed – wool blend - the fuzz was the

mold – and as it was so late – and my bedding had not dried – I used it. All the realization was

after the fact and washing the blanket - the water turned crimson not red but crimson – and the

turds floated to the surface. I did not know it was turds – I thought menses blood clots – thought

human – not rat – it was only in march I physically saw the red rat shit and realised I was in

extreme danger. That it was the plague.

(4) (4) This mode of infection is closer to the plague. It was the fleas that bit the humans –

in my case it’s the Bedbugs and parasites – and mold. that transmitted the lepto- via 3

different modes of venom..all create deadly infection. The infection is fierce – there are no

antibiotics strong enough for this – I am on so many and after 1 month of these pox – and hives

etc.. I’m in agony.

(5) I have now had the infection for 4 months – the first infection lasted about a month – it had

fewer bites per se – about 50.. and I had to fight to get rid of them.

(6) Then I noticed I was still getting the hives – and the itching but they were fewer – then my heart

went crazy – I had noticed – there was pain and a pretty strange heartbeat - but it the heart got

worse.

(7) So after I had the heart confirmed – the pox was I think was dormant at that time – so that

is now March.

(8) I was still very weak and trying to figure what to do. I moved to the new place – and then a

massive pox attack in April – it came on – so fast and my entire body broke out – my back – my

legs – my arm – my head – about 200-300 of them – as you have seen. Agony

(9) It was during April and the new outbreak and the intensity of the outbreak – which it was then

understand that it is persistent human leptospirosis and no one could treat it. No here and not

in Canada – I would have to be quarantined and guinea pigged on in Canada – here – they are

waiting for me to die.

(10) I did the turmeric – and now the hives are subsiding – some are disappearing from my legs – like

magic – but it’s a lot of work – I had 20 showers yesterday - applying all kinds of ointments –

mixing turmeric with oils and rubbing it in – all this to try and fight it. My sheets and pillows are

yellow – the turmeric – though I bathed – and scrubbed it off – still lingered.

I first contacted you to establish that I am on here on holiday in Malaysia. @ coco Bay resort Port Dickson. Resided from Jan 03-March 10th at Block C. I wrote about an infection that I had been exposed to. That exposure was identified as Leptospirosis. Leptospirosis. can be deadly and has long lasting medical issues. Treatments were late in coming due to the extraordinary and deliberate lack of care from the various delinquent Medical staff. That I saw here in Port Dickson. The illness was / is so incredibly bad that my heart was damaged. No history of any heart disease prior to this attack. Leptospirosis, a severe infection The Damaged heart as per, a Dr.Teh is on the verge of becoming heart disease. March 21, 2017 The number of incidences in Malaysia is estimated to be between 2– 5 people per 100,000 population. However, there is still a low amount of awareness by the Ministry of Health to overcome this fatal disease because it does not surpass the cases of those who are affected by the more popular dengue fever. Malaysia has a long history of Leptospirosis and there are significant warnings of its destructive ability to harm and or create death. As per the attached material and there are no warnings on any Canadian websites for this potentially deadly illness. It does kill either at the start of the infection or later through the tertiary fazes. I have severe anaphylaxis a Toronto gift. So my reactions are often escalated and Leptospirosis is a trigger for a massive attack which I did have. Lucky I was in the pool and wearing a flotation device which prevented the sudden dizziness to put into a complete faint. I did pass out but momentarily, put as I was supported in the water at the time – my head rested on the float and I came to a few minutes later. Plus the extraordinary side effects of the Medical

drugs that were given to me, conflict and if I can compare it to – I think of chemo-therapy but I have never had that. All the doctors here in Port Dickson Refused to notarise my care – my visits – or to guide me through these dangerous waters of illness. In fact they refused me medication many times and I had to go to so many – that in the only 3 provide a snippet of care. I provided the documentation to them. And Dr. Vijayan @ KLINIK ASIA is the only doctor to keep the docs to read after which he will destroy them. As a result of the misadventure of a Mr. Goh a caretaker, of the unit – admitted that the bedding was dirty and unclean. The infection is permeant – the damage may be permanent? That is a dangerous precedent and it’s a crime if I die or endure a cardiac heart attack. But that will take a lot more tests in Canada. I have contacted – Dr. Lawson Baird and Saint Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver to make incredible arrangements to save my life. They are just looking into the case. But they stated nothing can be done until I arrive in Vancouver in June 2017.. That the few lab results as per the ECG and Heart Scan – and many other tests will have to be done. Dr. Baird cannot at this time administrate my case either. He has given me a contact email for me to use to collect data that he cannot act on? I can only become a patient again when I register with him in person. But it’s a double jeopardy at this time. I cant travel, ie is FLY due to the – Heart issue and these meds conflict and If I fly back to Toronto – a 3 day journey – I run the risk of pulling a “Carrie-fisher” a heart attack/stroke on a long haul flight. So I have to go overland to Chiang Mai, Thailand and then a 9 hour flight to Vancouver. But I also can’t leave - as fast as I want to- I have to take these Heart pills- plus the infection pills- . I am getting better but its only 2 days and I am better only as I am taking these pills. The side effects are manageable only as I am the sea or pool – for hours. But the danger I am in aside from the infection and damage and the unknown process of care. Is cause for great concern? Mr.Goh rents out these Rat infested condos – Mr. Paul Raj - the manager of Coco Bay – knows of these issues – but will or can’t do anything. I am being told by other resident condo owners that the issue is that I am Canadian. That if I was Malay – the Health authorities would have been here. The Police etc. But Coco-bay – Mr. Goh – and Mr. Monandis all want to throw me out. Telling me to get out. As they don’t want to deal with any of the circumstances that I have received from Goh and the infection. They will steal my deposits – steal my possessions and possibly have me arrested for? They don’t have to tell the truth. I have not spoken to Mr.Goh – since February 12th 2017. But he has stalked me. I have not spoken to Mr. Djuly

since March 03rd and Mr. Paul Raj . I sent an email to Mr.Djuly updating the condition and to remove his belongings – from the condo he rented with Mr.Goh. I was not involved with the rental legally – or the arrangements. Mr. Djuly had told me to leave the Condo he rented and I did so March 10th. All this ridiculous potentially life threatening drama. As Djuly disappeared before I knew how serious the illness was - ? I am very suspicious as to role in this. I know nothing of him and what I now know is ? It all happened so fast. January 3 moved in. January 13 infected. In bed/ sick till January 27th. Or so. Better but still ill – met Mr,Goh for the 1st time as he came wielding a chain swinging it – and manic – lurching – swearing – limping – one eye closed – bent over? On February 12th. ? Nightmare. Threats Violence – Djuly disappears. I was so sick that I was numb. Could not think or react. Thought I was leaving February 28th. For Thailand / Dumai ? Collapsed In Malacca had finished the antibiotic – Dapsone Feburary 24th . But the illness returned full blown due to severe anaphylaxis. I realized that this was much worse that I had anticipated nor did I know at that time it was Leptospirosis and that Dapsone only took the edge of. I began a massive hunt for medical care on February 27th. I could not breathe and my heart was going crazy. Finally got assistance by March 1. Still very ill- I hunted all of Port Dickson for a new place – Tried Langkawi as well – anywhere to get away. But no response and too sick. I was by now only up about 4 hours a day. Mostly resting in bed – the pool – and beach – sleeping. Sweating –from the drugs. I became nocturnal up at 4pm – to 4am. Active from about 4 – 8pm and then in the cold pool from 10- pm – to 2am. Always with my eyes shut. March 10th – The rat feces / urine etc was confirmed – Leptospirosis etal. The issue is severe as it was Parasites- bed bugs – worms – fungus all derived from the Rat feces and piss. All are 100 % dangerous. All can kill. It’s not a contagious illness. I have been told – as I would have died immediately. I am well, meaning as long as I take the drugs and get tested in Canada. For everything? Once all this? shite is in my body it can create more diagnosable illnesses- so far Heart disease. ? But there is a lot of damage this can do. Finally heart tests confirming a major issue. March 20th. No holiday at this time. Canada needs to know this and should place an alert on any Actioner / Visitor to Malaysia - the dirty beds – linens etc are an issue here – even in 5 star hotels. I stayed at the Equatorial in Penang and the BB and bugs inn general were high. The Grand Swiss at Black mold. Barnacles – Shah Alam had gross sheets – clean but covered in feces stains. Port Dickson – has Leptospirosis – Toxic Plasmodium – BB, Mold, Parasites – fungus – and much more. So my purpose here is to bring you up-to-date on my situation – a massive health risk that can lead to a sudden early death.

First of – I am a Canadian here in Malaysia on holiday. A holiday that became a disaster. In under 4 months I will be dead. I can’t it seems get help. I also wrote in a few languages to throw of – as I am still in Malaysia the people that did this to me and then also threatened to Murder me. This was on May 11th 2017. And certainly the blog has been viewed hundreds of times in Malaysia and Singapore. Indicating that they are following me. I am asking for help as the situation is Violent – Corrupt and I will die with no assistance and I have asked the normal routes and the results were astoundingly negative. It seems that even Canadian officials – the CHC in Kuala Lumpur – the Office the Prime Minster. Justin Trudeau is great – his staff ? I do at this time have a load of documents and daily I try to sort out what I can do- I am so ill – that it’s impossible to understand being made better. I am in a dastardly predicament. January 13th 2017- at 3am. I used it and then my life changed forever. I was bitten and stung by a wild cornucopia of Bugs, parasites and fungus. I immediately cried out for help. Contacting Canada, my doctor and as I had some emergency antibiotics – I started them in an hour I was covered in boils and all sorts of poxes and in pain and fevers. And violently ill – and never recovered in fact its now Viral persistent human leptospirosis. Canada says find local help. That turned into a nightmare – I have collected all the documentation and I went to every Klinik in this town Port Dickson, Malaysia. I called that did not work as they spoke no English. I then texted – I facebooked – as I had to find specific vaccinations and meds. I did have a list from Canada and a script that they could use. However no one wanted to assist. At that time January 13th – onwards – I was too ill and fevers – and all kinds of horrific poxes were forming and reforming. I did discover that it was the landlord brother – A Mr. Goh that had placed the beds was the delinquent, alcoholic brother of these Singapore and Malaysian Chinese Goh family. I did not know the nature of the infection as per rats until March 10 2017. When I threw the offending – dirty bedding into a bucket of hot water – and suds – these dramatic – cinnamon colored turds floated to the surface. I at the time thought – blood clots – human menses, bad enough. When I saw the same turds in the bed – as I moved out – I realized that my predicament was much worse. This is a Malaysian Plague. And I from January 13- to February 26 was basically so out of it. The infection made me blind – extremely light sensitive – weak- septic – damaged my heart. As I made the rounds of all these doctors- I was refused any medication and all stated if this was indeed Leptospirosis you are a dead man. I intensified my search repeatedly calling the 1 by reputation but not in reality medical center for assistance – As all other more local hospitals said they did not have the vaccines or the antibiotics. All in fact – 3 turned me down upon seeing me. Told me to get out and go somewhere else. 2 gave me grudgingly one shot – and emailing me telling me to go somewhere else. 1 Dr, Vijnay took pity and said I can give you or try some stuff – but I cant treat you. ? He said as I asked why, You are a foreigner – we don’t want to take any risks – and the paper work we don’t want to do. I finally got through to Sunway Medical Clinic and got a range of? Antibiotics – etc. Information grudgingly given and was told that as they had no stock. (for me) By this time I had been infected for 3 months – in April the bacteria became a virus – and persistent and I was covered in a rash so severe – I was blistered and burnt – internally and externally and it took 45 days to heal.

Backstory - The sicker I became I realised I was in greater danger – that this virus was now mutating – I had a problem in the past with these types of Zoonotic or Treponema – diseases. That I had been exposed to in childhood and it was confirmed by the Heart Specialist here that as I was denied or treatment was late in getting to me. That I had sustained internal damage that can be fatal. In 1998 in Vancouver after the untreated infection for 30 years had destroyed my jaw and teeth. A specialist – diagnosed me with a syndrome and actually told my Doctor – in Vancouver – that don’t bother treating him – he is a dead man.

He then gave me a 25 page document of the following all fatal and dangerous – illness and diseases I will acquire. They were so severe – it was also congenital – I made copies and sent it to all my family, Worried as we are infected – all had children and we needed to know all this.

My family never spoke to me after that – it was so frightening – that we only starting having small Xmas conversations – about 10 years later. As the symptoms appeared in their children they stopped all together. My family out of fear- responded by telling people I had died.

It was that severe and a death sentence – especially for me – as it turned out women can carry the gene unexpressed but the males will express it and suffer. As these diseases are endemic - and the family lived still in the Caribbean and other exotic areas and I travelled extensively in Asia - and the Middle East. Essentially I had to be careful and I was – as Toronto Canada also turned into a health nightmare. Forcing me to go away for 1 year or less – to get rid of anaphylaxis. I came to KL April 3rd 2016, and left 2x for Thailand and was planning to go Thailand – then to Vancouver. All this in February 2017 and to be in Vancouver in May or June. So Malaysia at 58 – 59 was to just get a chance to recoup. And plan a better health and living arrangement. As death from anaphylaxis was a reality. So careful I was – I stayed in the apartment complex – Malaysia was very boring – very hot and so I though just write and paint. But just get better. Port Dickson was just a brief stop – of about 6 weeks but that all changed. With this dangerous infection. As it has mutated – I have to have very specific – tests – to determine the type of infection. I was infected with 3 different insect – parasite – mold vectors that carried the Rat Feces – Urine and the Leptospirosis into my body. All of these for me are deadlier than average. But the Gohs could not leave me alone – it’s a small town and though I hid – it has 1 main road – so I could never be on it – My caution was warranted as Goh did see me and threaten to kill me – in front of security guards – I went home and collapsed. I realized that I could never get better – with this constant threat. I had no car and would just walk to stores for groceries. And to the beach – as the sea water is crucial for Leptospirosis – and as well the anaphylaxis. As the Dr., said just take the antibiotics - as much as you need – and get out of PD. Also the Security guards said the police want me to leave ASAP as they can’t touch Mr. Goh unless I hire a lawyer and or he kills or injures me. Well that was my plan – but I was too sick and to get better I needed the medication and PEACE – I called CHC in KL and got a baffling response – sure they would provide me with a plane ticket as it was an emergency – and I had to PROVE – I had doctors in Vancouver to look after me. ? I had contacted them my Vancouver doctors – in March and was told just get here. But as this Vice counsel needed to know details. ? So I had to then send updates –pictures – and give a more complex picture of the illness that was so life threatening. I was also at the first communication with the Vice Counsel – heavily poxed – Fevers that created rivers of sweat – and so ill – that I knew I could not travel that soon only after I was better – I could not get on a plane for a 15 hour flight when I had not slept in weeks was bathing every 4 hours – itching – etc and the heart. I required exercise and diet with the heart drugs and every time I was out – I was followed – harassed. But also the Vice Counsel was a bit strange. He laughed as I told him my story – I was shaking from the stresses the illness – the murder – but the infection is murder – and as I said – I had over stayed – due to illness .So he says – YOU ARE GOING TO BE ARRESTED AND FINED. And laughs - again. I just about fainted. I told him what I knew from immigration was – bring us all your documents that proved illness and you are free to go. Also remember during this time – I was blinded seeing 4 of

everything – So I collapsed – it took weeks to get better – I had provided the 1 name – in Toronto – a dr, David Brule and I was told that as my doctors were not linked in the same hospital – they would not share information. I offered – to send a letter to send – info – and the Hospital refused – even though my doctor is an attending in the Hospital. I was forced to administrate and administrate – and still no help. On June 2nd – Sunway medical – confirmed that they had deliberately blocked my treatment and care. Stating that they had no medication that I was asking for since March 2017 or any doctors – that supported my situation. They also told that to the CHC-

At the emergency Clinic I had met with their Dr. for infectious disease – he was surprised we had not connected in the 6 months - ? I said I was told you do not EXIST and that Sunway – does not treat Leptospirosis - or have Meds Dr. Tan was stunned – who said that – I showed him the latest letter –

He reads – what do they mean – we have no meds? We have it – I treat Leptospirosis – and where are? I looked at my file – every one of my supporting documents were not there.

I said – So I was told in Port Dickson – that local doctors don’t want to treat expats or visitors for fear of?

Dr. Tan states – Yes its true Malaysian doctors are afraid to treat visitors. So I said that by lying to me and preventing me – from getting medication and assistance that my case worsened my heart was damaged and the infection has gotten to a point that yes – I can die from this soon.

I contacted Dr. Hedy Fry. Dr. Lawson Baird- Saint Paul’s Hospital - the CHC – and now your office in 2 months I am a dead man- the disease is moving rapidly. CHC will do nothing for me. It seems and Hedy is too busy and I provided her with very confidential information of my health. As she was a doctor and also to humanise myself to her – not quite a stranger – as my mother and her family seem to be acquainted with Dr. Fry. The CHC seems to be quite ….? Distant cold – unsupportive? – Not responding at all – knowing I will die – There is very little $- I had budgeted carefully but instead I am running around spending $ on Drugs that no longer work etc. So $ is an issue – and sorry being so sick – and infected.. Today I could not for an hour remember my computer passwords. I had 0 memory. And it’s all in the disease literature. So Malaysia has thus far – infected me with a deadly disease. I can’t get the $ I have spent – my life is threatened – my body is dying – and I need help ASAP. As the vice counsel stated in laughter – you seem to be writing everybody… ? Im not sure what death – infection – murder or ??? So I thought – I must make people aware and if I die – well – I tried. So as you are aware Malaysia is very dangerous and for unknown reasons – Canada is? not responding in any way that will save my life – I am at times out of mind with worry – fear – illness – disaster.
