NOTA / NOTE : Untuk pelajar yang baru mendaftar, anda dikehendaki untuk menunggu

beberapa hari sebelum dapat mengakses portal WebSSO.

For newly intake students, you will need to wait a few days before you can

gain access to WebSSO portal.

1. Akses Aplikasi melalui WebSSO (Access Applications via WebSSO)

Untuk Pelajar Baru (For Newly Intake Student)

NOTA / NOTE : Untuk pelajar yang baru mendaftar, tidak ada kata laluan iStudent untuk

akses ke portal iStudent.

For newly intake students who does not have iStudent password for

access to iStudent portal.

Klik “Student” .

Click on “Student”.

Klik “1st Time Login?”.

Click on “1st Time Login?”.

Pengguna akan ke portal SSPR untuk menetapkan kata laluan WebSSO untuk kali

pertama.

User will be redirected to SSPR portal to set the WebSSO password for the first time.

Isikan butiran berikut (ID Pelajar, MyKad tanpa ‘--‘, dan Emel Alternatif) untuk

pengesahan identiti pengguna.

Fill in the following information (Student ID, Mykad without ‘--‘, and Alternative Email

to verify your identity.

Klik “Search”.

Click “Search”.

Untuk pengesahan identiti pengguna, satu Kod Keselamatan dihantar ke emel

alternatif pengguna.

To verify your identity, a Security Code will be sent to your alternative email.

Klik “Continue”.

Click “Continue”.

Akses emel alternatif anda untuk mendapatkan Kod Keselamatan.

Access your alternative email to gain your Security Code.

Masuk Kod Keselamatan di dalam ruangan “Code”.

Enter the Security Code in the “Code” field.

Klik “Check Code”.

Click “Check Code”.

Setelah kod disahkan, klik “Continue”.

After code is verified, click “Continue”.

Pengguna perlu menetapkan kata laluan akaun WebSSO. Sila pastikan kata laluan

WebSSO anda mengikut dasar polisi kata laluan yang telah dinyatakan.

You will need to set your SSO password. Please make sure your SSO password

meets the password policy as stated in the screen.

Klik “Change Password” selepas kata laluan menepati dasar polisi.

Click “Change Password” when the password meets the policy requirements.

Setelah kata laluan berjaya ditetapkan, klik “Continue” untuk log keluar.

Once password has successfully been set, click “Continue” to log out.

Untuk Pelajar Sedia Ada (For Existing Students)

PRASYARAT / PREREQUISITES : Pelajar sudah memiliki akses ke Portal iStudent.

Student must already have access to iStudent Portal.

Klik “Student” .

Click on “Student”.

Log Masuk menggunakan ID Pelajar beserta kata laluan Portal iStudent.

Sign in using Student ID and iStudent Portal password.

Klik aplikasi yang ingin diakses.

Click on the application that you want to access.

Anda akan dihantar ke halaman aplikasi tersebut. Akses aplikasi seperti biasa.

User will be redirect to the application page. Continue access application like usual.

2. Penukaran Kata Laluan WebSSO (Reset WebSSO Password)

IMPORTANT / PENTING Penukaran atau reset katu laluan melalui sistem SSPR baru ini akan

menggantikan sistem sedia ada untuk Portal iStudent This new SSPR system will replace existing system for change or reset

password for iStudent Portal

PREREQUISITE / PRASYARAT Pelajar perlu memiliki maklumat terkini bagi Emel Alternatif dalam Portal

iStudent selain daripada emel UiTM

Student must have up to date Alternative Email other than UiTM Email in

iStudent Portal

IMPORTANT / PENTING

Jika terlupa atau mahu mengemaskini Emel Alternatif yang telah

didaftarkan di dalam Portal iStudent, sila rujuk ke Fakulti masing masing

untuk mengemaskini Emel Alternatif anda. In case you have forgot or you want to change your Alternative Email

registered in iStudent Portal, you could approach your Faculty to update

your Alternative Email.

Untuk Penukaran Kata Laluan / To Change Password

Log Masuk menggunakan ID Pelajar beserta kata laluan Portal iStudent.

Sign in using Student ID and iStudent Portal password.

Dalam portal WebSSO, klik “Change SSO Password”.

In WebSSO Portal, click on “Change SSO Password”.

Teruskan ke Langkah 3.

Continue to Step 3.

Untuk Reset Kata Laluan / To Reset Password

Klik “Forget Password”.

Click on “Forget Password”.

Pengguna akan ke portal SSPR untuk menetapkan kata laluan WebSSO.

User will be redirected to SSPR portal to set the WebSSO password.

Isikan butiran berikut (ID Pelajar, MyKad tanpa ‘--‘, dan Emel Alternatif) untuk

pengesahan identiti pengguna.

Click “Check Code”.

Notifikasi penukaran kata laluan akan dihantar ke emel

alternatif dan emel rasmi UiTM pengguna.

Change password notification will be sent to both user’s

alternative email and official UiTM email.
