Complaints

Should you have a complaint about any of the tour arrangements you

must tell both the relevant supplier and our representative at that time.

there will be an opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on

the spot will result in your ability to claim compensation being

extinguished or at least reduced.

Passport, visas and health requirements
