SOALAN TUGASAN /ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

Modern day eating habits and lifestyles have influenced our health, especially the blood circulatory system and the heart. This has caused an increase in diseases of the cardiovascular system. Cardiovascular diseases are diseases within the heart and blood vessels. Schools play a critical role in promoting the health and safety of young people and helping them to establish lifelong healthy behaviour patterns. A healthy heart reflects a healthy society.

For this assignment you are required to gather information from at least 3 sources (e.g. books, journals, encyclopaedias and the internet) on the following topics:

i) Structure of the heart and blood vessels ii) Cardiovascular diseases

iii) A healthy lifestyleWrite a summary of the information you have gathered. Include an introduction and your references for the sources of information you have gathered.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation (10-12 slides) with illustrations to explain what you have learnt from the information you have gathered.Prepare an A2 sized colourful book that describes the heart and a healthy life style for Malaysian students.
