To whom it may concern,

Our badminton committee of 15 members has been initiated as part of the co-curricular course coordinated by Ms. Nazlina and Dr.Wong. I hereby seek your permission to use the MPH every Thursday, 2 pm to 4 pm starting on 5th march to 16th April 2015 for our training sessions and tournament.

We look forward to your positive response to this matter, we assure you that the court will be looked after upon the duration of our training. All equipment and setups will be immediately returned after each session.
