JUB Central Sdn Bhd is established with the Clients’ requirements in mind. Our mission statement is to provide high quality professional management and administration services to our Clients and Development teams so as to achieve completion of construction projects within the budgeted cost and time frame, without compromising on quality.
The technical operation of the practice is constantly kept under review to incorporate the latest techniques of the construction industry. Every staff is equipped with his/her own computer connected to an advanced server. The staff are also trained to use the advanced and latest Q.S. software e.g. MbElite, QS Cad, etc. and autocad software installed in the server to assist them in the measurement work and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
The firm with its experience, forward-looking and dynamic directors and its hardworking and efficient staff is confident to undertake projects of any size and complexity, and if the need arises, it can call upon its international associates for assistance.
