Dengan segala hormatnya,saya merujuk perkara di atas.

2. Persatuan Bahasa Malaysia sekolah ini akan menganjurkan pertandingan syarahan sempena Bulan Kemerdekaan pada bulan hadapan. Sehubungan itu, saya selaku setiausaha persatuan memohon kebenaran pihak tuan untuk menggunakan dewan sekolah ini bagi tujuan tersebut.

3. Tujuan pertandingan ini diadakan untuk mencungkil bakat bersyarah dalam kalangan murid-murid sekolah ini serta mencari peserta terbaik bagi mewakili sekolah ke pertandingan syarahan di peringkat daerah.

4. Untuk makluman tuan,pertandingan tersebut akan diadakan seperti berikut: Hari dan Tarikh : Sabtu (17 April 2011) Tempat dan Masa : Dewan Sekolah Kebangsaan Subang Jaya (8.00 pagi)
