Dengan hormat dimaklumkan bahawa Kementerian Hal Ehwal Ugama, melalui Bahagian Kewangan, Pentadbiran sukacita mempelawa Syarikat Tuan/ Puan untuk menawarkan

sebutharga (Quotation) bagi perkara yang tersebut di atas.

Syarat-syarat untuk mengikuti tawaran sebutharg adalah seperti berikut:

1) Tawaran hanyalah dipelawa kepada Syarikat-syarikat/ Pemborong yang berdaftar dengan Kerajaan Kebawah Dull Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Dan Yang Dipertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam.

2) Bayaran Tender Fee Sejumlah $5.00 hendaklah dijelaskan dan menyertakan Salinan resit bersama tawaran.

3) Sebutharga hendaklah menggunakan borang yang disediakan dan diisikan dengan lengkap serta menyertakan salinan sijil pendaftaran perniagaan 16 dan 17 dan dimasukkan dalam sampul surat yang tertutup tanpa menyatakan pengenalan/ identity Syarikat/ pemborong.

4) Harga dokuman sebutharga adalah $5.00 (Lima Ringgit Sahaja)

5) Bahagian depan sampul surat sebutharga hendaklah menyatakan dan ditulis perkara berikut: a) Dialamatkan kepada:

PENGERUSI jAWATANKUASA SEBUTHARGA BAHAGIAN ICEWANGAN, KEMENTERIAN HAL EHWAL UGAMA, NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM.

6) Sebutharga hendaklah dihantar dan dimasuldcan terus ke Peti Sebutharga Tingicat 1 Kementerian Hal Ehwal Ugama, Jalan Menteri Besar, Negara Brunei Darussalam tidak lewat daripada tarikh dan masa tutup sebutharga.

7) Kerajaan Kebawah Dull Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Dan Yang DiPertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam tidak terilcat untuk menerima sebutharga yang termurah atau sebarang tawaran yang difilcirkan tidak munasabah.

8) Tawaran yang diterima lewat dan i tarikh dan masa yang telah ditetapkan dan/atau tidak menyertakan Salinan resit Tender Fee, atau boring tidak lengkap tidak akan dilayan atau diterima.

APPENDIX: A SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1.1 The Bidder shall propose network infrastructure for Sekolah Ugama Perpindahan Lambak Kanan Jalan 77

All equipment should be tested and able to connect to Internet.

1.2 The Bidder shall agree that the term of the completion of this project for a duration of (2) months / six (8) weeks from the date of award/purchase order

The Bidder shall agree with the implementation plan for this project:

a) User requirement study - 1 week

b) Delivery and installation of equipment's - 5 weeks

c) Implementation, configuration & testing - 2 weeks

2 Network Points

2.1

The Contractor must provide CAT6 Patch Cord for quantity of network points: -

a) 3 meter for computer/laptop b) 1 meter for cable management

2.2 All points and cables must be properly labelled

2.3 Labelling both ends of data outlets, patch panel, patch cord and equipment rack to clearly mark its identity

2.4 Provide testing process, including the testing procedures, testing equipment's used, testing scope and coverage of proposed devices for whole units.

2.5 Tracing the cable from the patch panel to the faceplate

Provide at least one (1) cabling implantation expert (Certified Structured Cable installer) in charge of the project who has at least 5 years' experience in the structured cabling system design and implementation

2.7 Supply and installed cable management, UTP CAT6 patch cords (1 meter), CAT6 Rj45 input and output sockets

2.8 To test all Fiber Optics / UTP cables with Fluke or Agilent Tester with reference to latest TIA or ISO Standards and document each test result in full report and summary.

2.9 Any blank and unused Modular Jack position shall be filled with blank module on the faceplate

2.10 Provide testing process, including the testing procedures, testing equipment's used, testing scope and coverage of proposed devices for whole units.

2.11 All Switches and network points shall be tested, compatible to each other and able to connect to Data Center in Ministry of Religious Affair.

3 2 . The Contractor must provide Patch panel ports for quantity of network points with cable management for cleaner workspace

3.3 The Contractor must supply and install CATS Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) or Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) copper cable

3.4 To label all cables, data outlets, patch panels according to ANSI/EIA/TIA standard consistent with industry practice

3.5 The contractor shall provide station cords and shall be factory fitted (not field crimped) and individually tested to specification and requirement of ANSI/E1A/TIA standard (Category 6)

3.6 All components used in the Structured Cabling System, including the Face Plates, Jacks, Plugs, Cables, and Patch Cables, must be from the same manufacturer

3.7

Any removal of existing fixture must be replaced in acceptable format The contractor shall make good any damages in connection to the network installation works. In addition, the contractor shall make good to final decorations for any damages caused during installation

3.8 The Contractor must arrange properly all cables and networking equipment (router, switch & etc) in the Wall Mounted Rack

3.9 The Contractor shall provide Power Distribution Panel with 6 Outlets or 6 Outlets Surge Protector in each rack if needed.

3.10 To test all Fiber Optics / UTP / STP cables with Fluke or Agilent Tester with reference to latest TIA or ISO Standards and document each test result in full report and summary.

Provide complete documentation including diagrams. Duplicate softcopy of the diagrams and drawings are to be provided in Microsoft Visio compatible format and text documentation are to be in Microsoft Word compatible format, stored in CD ROM media

4 Fiber Optic Cabling

4.1 The contractors shall configure all existing fibre backbone from ground floor to 1st (StaffN et) and 2nd floor (StudentNet)

4.2 Existing fibre backbone shall be tested and reused. If found out faulty during implementation, the contractors shall provide replacement without additional costs.

4.3 Support 10Gb/s speeds

4.4 The contactors should shall provide fibre adapter patch panel, duplex adapters, jacket patchcord LC/SC duplex, connectors and any accessories needed to connect two floors
