Majikan menjalankan temuduga terbuka di PTKBahagian/Daerah selepas 7 hari dari tarikh iklandikeluarkan.

Tiada calon atau calon yang berjaya direkruttidak mencukupi.

3(i) Majikan menghantar permohonan AP kepada PTKBahagian/Daerah dan salinan kepada MLD untukmenggaji pekerja bukan pemastautin.

PTK Bahagian/Daerah menerima, menyiasat,memproses, memperakui permohonan dan hantar keJTK (Ibu Pejabat)

JTK (Ibu Pejabat) meneliti, memperakui dan menyediaKertas Permohonan.

Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa (SLC) menimbangpermohonan (lulus/menolak)

JTK hantar keputusan mesyuarat (Bil. Pekerja yangdigaji) kepada majikan. Salinan kepada JIM Sarawakdan PTK Bahagian/ Daerah.

PTK Bahagian/Daerah mengeluarkan lesen kepadamajikan. Salinan kepada JTK (Ibu Pejabat), IMM, MLD, JKM dan BMKL.

Majikan mengemukakan bilangan pekerja yang hendakdigaji kepada PTK Bahagian/Daerah bersertakan salinanAP bagi tujuan untuk memohon lesen. Salinan suratdikemukakan kepada JTK (IbuPejabat).

JTK (Ibu Pejabat) mendapat senarai pekerja dariMCAB dan membekalkan senarai nama kepadaPTK. Bahagian/Daerah
