Pad a majlis konvokesyen UMS kali ke-13 yang lalu, Pusat Pengajian Pascasiswazah telah melahirkan seramai 290 graduan. Daripada jumlah tersebut 16 graduan adalah merupakan graduan Ijazah Doktor Falsafah, tiga (3) Ijazah Sarjana Falsafah, 242 Ijazah Sarjana (PPPS dan PLUMS), lima (5) Diploma Lanjutan (SPADA), 20 Dilpoma Pendidikan (Geografi) dan empat (4) Diploma Pascasiswazah (Pengajian Islam).

Daripada 16 graduan Ijazah Doktor Falsafah , lima (5) graduan adalah merupakan graduan daripada Sekolah Pendid ikan dan Pembangunan Sosial, diikuti oleh Sekolah Sains dan Teknologi seramai tiga (3) orang, Sekolah Kejuruteraan dan Teknologi Maklumat (SKTM) dua (2) orang, Sekolah Perniagaan dan Ekonomi (SPE) dua (2) orang dan masing-masing melahirkan seorang (1) pelajar bergraduat bagi Sekolah Perniagaan dan Kewangan Antarabangsa Labuan (SPKAL), Sekolah Psikologi dan Kerja Sosial (SPKS), Sekolah Pendidikan Seni (SPS) dan Sekolah Perhutanan Tropika Antarabangsa (SPTA).

Majlis penyampaian ijazah kepada para graduan telah disempurnakan oleh Canselor, Universiti Malaysia Sabah iaitu YBhg. Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar bin Haji Mahiruddin, Yang Dipertua Negeri Sabah pad a 26 November 201 1 di Dewan Canselor Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Tahniah kepada semua graduan yang berjaya .

A total of 86 students were awarded the Postgraduate Assistance Scheme (SBP) for the 2011/2012 academic session. The percentage distribution of the recipients according to their academic fi eld is as such: 68 per cent, out of the total number of recipients, are from the science cluster, while the remaining 32 per cent are from the non-science cluster. Students from the Master's program received made up the majority of the SBP recipients at 99 per cent, and only 2 students (1 %) were from the Doctoral programme.

Looking at percentages of recipients based on their candidacy attachments, the School of Science and Technology recorded the highest number of recipients , i.e. 27 per cent, out of all schools in the science cluster. As for the non-science cluster, the School of Social Science holds the highest percentage at 17 per cent.
