Business Case
Fogalma

Business Case
HK1 definíciója
General Definition of HK1• HK1 (Herstellkosten) is a defined standard calculation scheme of cost of goods sold
which should be systematically used to calculate the manufacturing cost of a product
or of an activity.• HK1 is an essential notion used to:
–prepare financial reporting (Cost Book for establishing Profit and Loss Statement)
–issue sales and margin statements (Sales Book)–determine the production cost of future products in order to prepare a sales price proposal to our customers
15
15
Business Case
Cost elements of HK1
Material Overhead (MAT_OV function in Costbook)•Tooling cost figures should be asked from Controlling (past)and Purchasing. (future)•Material Overhead should include:
• Purchasing Department (price negotiation with suppliers, search of new suppliers)
•Incoming Goods Inspection
• Supplier Tooling cost (depreciation, leasing cost, maintenance, new projects)• Freight-In on purchases of raw material, components, and merchandises
Direct Material (MAT_DI function in Costbook) •Raw Material, Component and Sub-Contracted activities (e.g.: surface treatment, machining)
•Raw Material and Component inventory change (increase / decrease)
•Merchandise purchases•Merchandises inventory change (increase / decrease
•Finished Goods and Work in Process inventory change (increase / decrease) for the material part only•Inventory Depreciation on raw material, components, merchandise and finished goods

Business Case
Cost elements of HK1
Direct Labour (Direct Wage)• Direkt Wage = Minute cost of the workers * process time
• Direct Worker: a company employee who spends most of his presence time manufacturing products.
• Total Wages and Salaries• Expenses for Retirement Pensions
• Other Social Contributions
• Direct Leased Workers cost
Manufacturing Overhead (Wage overhead)Direct manufacturing overhead collect all the fixed and variable operating expenses directly induced by the use of production equipment, ie:
• depreciation• leasing cost; rental costs
• dedicated toolings
• energy if directly allocated• repair and maintenance and maintenance spare parts
• personnel expenses of indirect workers 100% assigned to feeding production lines

27
27
• Elérendő eredmény
• A minőséggel kapcsolatos célok a szervezet minőségpolitikáján alapulnak, lebontva a szervezet különböző szintjeire, funkcióira, folyamataira, amelyek konkrétak és mérhetőek

• Célja: a vállalati stratégiai célok teljesülésének mérése
– a mutatók támogassák a döntéseket, szükséges beavatkozásokat
– legyenek alkalmasak a szabályozás sikerességének visszamérésére

Minőségmutatók (Indikátorok)
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
30
30
