Terms & Condition / Terma & Syarat

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking made after faxed in confirmation form is not cancellable. If cancellation is made 14working days or more before the event then a 50% penalty charge will apply on the total billedamount. If cancellation is made less than 14 working days before the event then 100% penaltycharge will apply on the total billed amount.

2. A 50% booking deposit is required within 7 days after invoice has been issued out and balance fullpayment have to be made within 14 days after the deposit payment is made. In the eventconfirmation comes in few days before the event, your company is required to make full paymentprior entering into the event hall.

3. In the event payment is not received within the stipulated time frame above, the organiserreserved the right to release your booth or any other arrangement to other companies and alsonot allowing your company to enter the exhibition hall.

4. The organiser reserve the rights at any time to postpone the event at its own discretion or realignthe floor space as it deem necessary.

5. Service rendered/goods sold are not refundable.6. An interest of 1.5% per month will be charged for late payment.

TERMA DAN SYARAT-SYARAT

1. Sebarang tempahan yang dibuat adalah sah. Jika pembatalan dibuat dalam masa 14 hari dan keatas sebelum pameran dan persidangan, penalti 50% daripada jumlah bayaran seperti dibilkanakan dikenakan. Manakala pembatalan dalam jangka masa 14 hari sebelum program dijalankan,100% penalti akan dikenakan.

2. Sebanyak 50% deposit tempahan diperlukan dalam masa 7 hari selepas invois dikeluarkan danbaki bayaran mestilah dilakukan dalam masa 14 hari selepas pembayaran deposit. Jika sebarangtempahan dibuat hanya beberapa hari sebelum hari program, syarikat tuan/puan mestilahmembuat pembayaran penuh sebelum memasuki dewan pameran.

3. Jika pembayaran tidak diterima dalam jangka masa seperti yang tercatat di atas, pihak penganjurberhak menggantikan dengan syarikat yang lain dan tidak membenarkan syarikat tuan/puanmemasuki dewan pameran.

4. Pihak penganjur berhak untuk menunda program pameran dan persidangan pada bila-bila masadan menukar pelan lantai jika diperlukan.

5. Sebarang pembayaran yang telah dibuat tidak akan dikembalikan.6. Faedah sebanyak 1.5% sebulan akan dikenakan atas sebarang kelewatan pembayaran.
