Note: RM148 per token including 1 year digital certificate. RM55 for 1 year renewal. Prices excluding GST. Lawyers who already have tokens used for EFS filing

today may continue to use them with the new system accordingly.

At the EFS homepage, click Lawyer Administrator Registration.1

Change the No. of Doc(s) if more than one copy of the same document is required.15

View My Document Listing – Users will only be able to view document types filed by themselves.View All Document Listing – Everyone can view document types filed within the law firm.

Law Firm Signature – The default signature that will be used during eForm generation. The signature file can still be changed whenfilling up the eForm. The signature image file needs to be in PNG format (transparent background) and size of 470px x 250px.

A dialog will pop up prompting to plug in USB token for Certificate Authentication.Select the token to be used and enter token pin number.
