INTRODUCTION

In conjunction with the IKM Southern Branch 25th Anniversary, a 2-day Symposium on TotalLaboratory Management which features the latest developments in Laboratory Quality, Safety,Environment and Laboratory Informatics (QSEL) with emphasis on Chemical Safety will be held

on 11-12 October 2011 at the Zon Regency Hotel, Johor Bahru. This 2-day Symposium isintended to provide participants with an understanding of future developments in laboratorymanagement, chemical metrology in trade and industry, laboratory safety with emphasis onchemical safety & security, process safety, biosafety & biosecurity. It also highlights the latesttrends in CHRA and GHS. It provides an opportunity for the industries, particularly the laboratorypersonnel to keep abreast with the current trends and developments

All registeredparticipant will be invited to the IKM Southern Branch Silver Jubilee Dinner on Day-1 at the samehotel. QSEL 2011 is a HRDF claimable event for eligible Malaysian companies whichcontribute to the HRD Fund.
