TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY

• Standard Check-in time is 12noon and Check-out time is 3pm

• Breakfast will be provided by assigned host

• Rooms & other amenities will be provided by the host (proper rooms / showers / blankets /

towels / soap)

• Activities will be guided by local (Malay & English speaking guide)

• Every participants / guests are responsible for their health and fitness to participate and we

require every guest to declare their health conditions and fill our Release of Indemnity prior to

check-in

• Durian is seasonal and will be made available once available.

• Group minimum is 20 pax

However, should attendance exceed the guaranteed numbers, billing will be based on the actual attendance.

• Postponement Charges:-

• 30% of the total cost will be imposed for any postponement to the event less than 14 days of agreed date.

• 50% of the total cost will be imposed for any postponement to the event less than 7 days of agreed date.

• Cancellation Charges:

• 30% of the total cost will be imposed if cancellation received less than 30 days before the event date.

• 50% of the total cost will be imposed if cancellation received less than 14 days before the event date.

• 100% of the cost or full payment as per agreement will be imposed if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the event

date.

• No alcohol is allowed during the stay.
