AKTA UMUR PERSARAAN MINIMUM 2012

PERINTAH UMUR PERSARAAN MINIMUM (PENGECUALIAN) 2013 PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 18 Akta Umur Persaraan

Minimum 2012 [Akta 753], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Nama

1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Umur Persaraan Minimum

(Pengecualian) 2013.

Pengecualian

2. Menteri mengecualikan semua majikan dengan nama dan nombor pendaftaran

yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) dan (2) Jadual daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi

tempoh yang bermula dari 1 Julai 2013 hingga 31 Disember 2013.

MINIMUM RETIREMENT AGE ACT 2012

MINIMUM RETIREMENT AGE (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act

2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation

1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) Order

2013.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts all employers with the names and registration numbers as

specified in columns (1) and (2) of the Schedule from all provisions of the Act for the

period commencing from 1 July 2013 to 31 December 2013.
