The Registrar of the Court of Appeal has extended to us revised versions of Arahan
Amalan Mahkamah Rayuan Bil 1 Tahun 2017 in Bahasa Melayu and English, which are
attached.

The Registrar of the Court of Appeal, Dato’ Norsharidah bt Awang, has extended to us a
copy of Arahan Amalan Mahkamah Rayuan Bil 1 Tahun 2017, dated 23 Feb 2017, relating to
all applications and appeals at the Court of Appeal Malaysia.
Please be informed that Arahan Amalan Mahkamah Rayuan Bil 1 Tahun 2017 will take effect
on 1 Mar 2017 (Wednesday).
