In 2016, Selangor state government launched its vision to become a smart state by 2025

The objectives being improve the quality of life for the cities in the state.

Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBI) has mandated to drive theimplementation of Smart Selangor and towards that, has set-up the SmartSelangor Delivery Unit (SSDU)
