1. SINOPSIS KURSUS (Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Inggeris)
Kursus ini membincangkan tentang hubungan antara organisasi, pekerja dan komuniti yangmerangkumi konsep pekerjaan, prinsip dan amalan hubungan industri seperti akta-aktayang berkaitan dengan pekerja, kesatuan sekerja, rundingan dan perjanjian kolektif, disiplinpekerja, penamatan kontrak pekerja, serta keselamatan dan kesihatan di tempat kerja.Kursus ini turut memberi penekanan kepada hubungan pertukaran sosial antara pekerjadan majikan, serta peranan tanggungjawab organisasi terhadap komuniti.
(This course discusses the relations between organization, employees and society. concepts,encompassing the concept of work, principles and practices of industrial relations, such theacts governing employment, trade union, collective bargaining and agreements, employeediscipline, termination of employment, and safety and health at work place. This coursealso emphasis on the social exchange relationship between employees and employers aswell as corporate social responsibility).

Pada akhir kursus ini pelajar dapat:
menghuraikan konsep, teori, dan amalan hubungan industri yang melibatkanhubungan antara organisasi, pekerja dan komuniti (C5)
menilai samada tindakan yang berkaitan dengan hubungan organisasi, pekerja dankomuniti dilaksanakan berasaskan peruntukan perundangan yang berkaitan (C6)
mengamalkan hubungan organisasi, pekerja dan komuniti sejajar dengan teori,amalan dan undang-undung yang berkaitan dengan hubungan industri (A5)
membina strategi untuk menangani masalah yang berkaitan dengan hubunganpekerja dengan organisasi (P7)
Kebolehan untuk mengamalkan sikap beretika, di samping mempunyai rasatanggungjawab terhadap masyarakat (EM3)
