Pengenalan

Sukacitanya kami SA MAINTENANCE & SERVICES (M) SDN BHD ingin memperkenalkan

SA MAINTENANCE & SERVICES (M) SDN BHD adalah sebuah syarikat perniagaan

bumiputera 100% yang ditubuhkan dan diperbadankan dibawah Akta Syarikat 1965 pada

20hb Disember 2005. SA MAINTENANCE & SERVICES (M) SDN BHD telah bergiat aktif

dalam bidang industri minyak and gas ini pada 11hb April 2007. Syarikat ini telah memulakan

perniagaan dengan menyediakan pelbagai perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan dan membuka

peluang pekerjaan kepada anak-anak muda serta masyarakat bumiputra di dalam bidang

industry minyak dan gas terutamanya di Kawasan Perindustrian Kerteh, Terengganu.

perkhidmatan khususnya didalam bidang kepakaran kami iaitu Pembaikpulih Dandang Stim

& Pengandung Tekanan Tak Berapi (BOILER OVERHAUL), Kejuruteraan Awam dan

Binaan,Perkhidmatan Kebersihan & Rawatan, Penyelenggaraan & Kejuruteraan Loji, Kerja-

Kerja Paip dan Fabrikasi Struktur Logam, Kerja-Kerja Pemesinan, Perkhidmatan Guna

Tenaga dan Perkhidmatan Pembekalan.

SPECIAL MAINT- HYDROJETTING (SS1130000):

Blinding & PTLE F-105 Cleaning for CF renewal at

Petronas Chemicals Ethylene Sdn Bhd, Kertih,

Kemaman, Terengganu.

PTLE: Primary Transfer Line Exchanger

Supply / provide skilled and competent manpower,

equipment, material, consumables, and tools for

execution of the WORKS.

There ar two (2) numbers of PTLE for each furnace,

identified as ET-0-E-101 A/B for furnace F-101, ET-

0-E-102 A/B for furnace F-102 with similar tagging

until Furnace F-106. Each PTLE (both A and B units)

shall be cleaned by mechanical means and/or hidro-

jetting method two (2) times per year basis.

Shall install and remove blind(s) as per Equipment

Isolation Sheet (EIS) for the purpose of positive

isolation and pressure testing of equipment and system

of the WORKS.

Perform manual lifting and rigging activities to

facilitate the WORKS.

Perform preventive maintenance work at associated

equipment such as Transfer Line Valve (TLV) /

Docoke Valve (DV) during cleaning activity.

Perform cleaning and housekeeping of packaged

equipment and surrounding areas to the satisfaction of

PCESB upon completion of each WORKS.

Primary Transfer Line Exchanger (PTLE)

cleaning:

o PTLE cleaning shall be completed within three (3)

days inclusive blinding and deblinding.

o Removal of top and bottom cones including opening

of Coke Catcher.

o Cleaning of coke by mechanical means or hydro-

jetting method (10,000 psi UHPWJT) at cones,

tubes, and coke catcher as instructed by PCESB.

o Facilitate inspection / NDT work such as preparation

for Internal Rotating Inspection (IRIS).

o Re-painting or touch up painting as PTS and

PCESB’s procedure based on instruction by

PCESB’s representative. PTS 30.48.00.31-P

(15.20.03): Protective Coating and Linings

o Closing and reinstallation of the cones and coke
