Our Company

Prestasi Concrete Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 30.4.1991 under the name of C-Ampy Pile Sdn. Bhd. to take over from C-Ampy Construction Sdn. Bhd. its manufacturing operation involving the production of precast prestressed concrete beams. The Company adopted the present name on 27.10.1993. The Company has an authorized capital of RM1,000,000 and a paid-up capital of RM697,002. Its major shareholders are :- C-Ampy Construction Sdn. Bhd. Pembinaan Jemerlang Sdn. Bhd. To date, we have supplied millions of Ringgit worth of precast prestressed concrete beams to many major infrastructure projects throughout the country. Our clients are mainly contractors for JKR, KTM, LLM, JPS, DBKL and private developers. Besides producing beams based on clients’ design drawings, we also provide design services for alternative designs and for undertaking projects on turnkey basis. Today, Prestasi Concrete has established a reputation for supplying quality products, provision of excellent and reliable services, fully supported by a team of professional and technically competent staff force to meet the ever challenging demands of its customers. Main features

• Prestressing strands -12.7mm or 15.2mm dia. 7-wire super low

relaxation strands, conforming to ASTM 416 or

BS 5896 standards.

• Concrete strengths -28-day cube strength ranging from 45 to

60N/mm2 depending on customers' specification.

• Professional Engineering services -Upon customers’ request, we provide cost

effective alternative beam designs, endorsed by

our PE.

• Beam lengths -Various lengths can be made depending on

customers' specification, up to a maximum of

30m, due to transport limitation.

• High quality -Factory setting ensures good and consistent quality

production of concrete beams, with minimal

supervision by contractor.

• Shorter project leadtime -Casting of beams and construction work on site are

able to progress simultaneously, reducing overall

project leadtime.

• Ease of construction -Precasting of beams are done at factory, hence no

scaffolding/props/falsework are required over rivers

or roads, and minimal interruption to traffic flow.

• Cost saving -Expensive falseworks otherwise required in certain

situations are done away.

Shorter construction duration also means lower

overall costs.
