Reactions 1411 - 21 Jul 2012 Pregabalin First report of sneezing: case report A 30-year-old woman with refractory epilepsy and headaches developed sneezing attacks during treatment with pregabalin. The woman received pregabalin 75 mg/day [route not stated]; sneezing attacks started on the first day of treatment. Physical and laboratory investigations were unremarkable. Pregabalin was discontinued after 7 days of treatment; 18 hours later, the sneezing attacks resolved. Author comment: "The sneeze attacks that emerge synchronously with the initiation of the pregabalin treatment and disappear with its discontinuation have not been reported in the literature before."
