Dear Sir/Madam

Complain Due to the Delay of Repairing of Pipeline.

Three days ago, I have received a letter tells that the water supply in my area will be cut out because of repair of pipeline in progress and will complete on June 7. Unfortunately, the progress is not yet complete. I’m behalf of Kampung Perdana 2 resident want some explanation of the delays.

If the problem is still continuously, I suggest the SYABAS should send the water through trailer to the area to reduce the residence of Kampung Rawang burden temporarily. Thus, the depletion of water tank makes the residence went out to get water from nearest river. Unfortunately, the water inside the river is not clean and the residence nowadays has affected by diseases.

With all these explanation I hope Sir/Madam can help us to get clean water to the Kampung Rawang residence. I will satisfy if Sir or Madam fulfills the needs of Kampung Rawang residence.
