& 5 are recommended

When conducting Model 5, the suggested number

of pupils is 3-4.

Pose questions when students memorize scripts

to place them on the correct band. For example,

teacher could ask questions on the poets

background, students feelings about the poem,

message, themes etc.

When pupils have not attended government

schools in form 1 and form 2 (Tidak Melaksanakan

PLBS), a score of 0 is awarded - this is not

applicable for students who are absent

Students who are exempted (Dikecualikan) E.g.

Students who are hospitalized, suffering from a

chronic illness etc.must be endorsed by LP forexemption. Schools should apply to LP through

their respective JPN

After every semester assessment, an SBOA report

must be filled in by PS and kept in the class file.

For Form 3 candidates, the SBOA report must be

put in the class file and management file, the

KPS should compile an SBOA summary report andhand it to the KPN.

ALL DATA SHOULD BE COMPILED AND INCLUDEDIN THE REPORT

Government- aided schools should automatically

Failure to carry out PLBS on the part of private

schools should be reported to JPN

[transferred from abroad or private schools] and

those who have not attended Form 1 or 2 in

government schools should only be assessed for

the current year. Schools must apply to LP for exemption, through

JPN

Schools should follow up with JPN & LP a month

after application Status of pupils remains as NORMAL until

approval of application
