PERATURAN-PERATURAN PEMBANGUNAN KEMAHIRAN KEBANGSAAN(FI DAN CAI) 2016

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 72(2)(d)

Akta Pembangunan Kemahiran Kebangsaan 2006 [Akta 652], Menteri membuat

peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Pembangunan Kemahiran Kebangsaan (Fi dan CaD2016.

2. (1) Mana-mana orang yang membuat permohonan bagi pentauliahan

program latihan kemahiran dan apa-apa perkara yang berhubungan dengan

pentauliahan program latihan kemahiran itu sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam

ruang (2) Jadual Pertama hendaklah membayar fi dan caj sebagaimana yang ditetapkan

dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama kepada Ketua Pengarah.

(2) Mana-mana orang yang membuat permohonan bagi pengiktirafan

kemahiran. dan apa-apa perkara yang berhubungan dengan pengiktirafan kemahiran itu

sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) jadual Kedua hendaklah membayar fi

dan caj sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Kedua kepada

Ketua Pengarah.

(3) Mana-mana orang yang membllat permohonan bagi pentauliahan

program antarabangsa di luar negara dan pengiktirafan kemahiran bagi program

antarabangsa di luar negara sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam rllang (2)

]adual Ketiga hendaklah membayar fi dan caj sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam

ruang (3) Jadllal Ketiga kepada Ketua Pengarah.

NATIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (FEES AND CHARGES)REGULATIONS 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 72(2)(d) of the

National Skills Development Act 2006 [Act 652], the Minister makes the following

regulations:

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the National Skills Development

(Fees and Charges) Regulations 2016.

Fees and charges

2, (1) Any person who makes an application for accreditation of skills training

programme and any matter relating to the accreditation of the skills training

programme as specified in column (2) of the First Schedule shall pay the fees and

charges as prescribed in column (3) of the First Schedule to the Director General.

(2) Any person who makes an application for recognition of skills and any

matter relating to the recognition of skills as specified in column (2) of the Second

Schedule shall pay the fees and charges as prescribed in column (3) of the Second

Schedule to the Director General.

(3) Any person who makes an application for accreditation of international

programme overseas and recognition of skills for international programmes overseas as

specified in column (2) of the Third Schedule shall pay the fees and charges as

prescribed in column (3) of the Third Schedule to the Director General.
