system as per HSE & OHSAS standards. Prepared & implemented quality system manual for HSE in KTDMC.

Manage all local purchases of instruments, tooling, Civil works material, lab equipments, fabrication, petty/spot

purchases, general supplies and ordering of raw material within approved budget.

Forecasting of Material Planning, Inventory Management with Stores along with Costing & Budgeting.

Coordinator between Production and Business Development in manufacturing process of Dies &

Moulds to meet timelines and targets for delivery of Dies & Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures, to prospective

customers of KTDMC. (Honda, SSGC, DYL, Indus, Pak Suzuki, Loads, ASA, N.J & others).

Manage supply chain of Gases Nitrogen (BOC), Ammonia, LPG for H.T plant in Nitriding & Hardening process.

Individually manage Tendering system & Pre-qualification as per rules of PPRA for material suppliers, tooling

suppliers, furniture manufacturers, IT equipments, power generators, Air conditioners & accessories.

Supervise all negotiations for import goods from China, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, & other countries.

Organize individually two mega events, Inauguration ceremony of KTDMC by Ex-President and Stone Laying

ceremony of KTDMC by Ex-Prime Minister at Governor House Karachi and all its arrangements.

Making policies, SOPs, amendments in existing policies, budgeting and gated approved in BOD meetings.

Comprehend and handle all issues of purchases and planning to acquire raw material including all team members

especially production & manufacturing personnel to create and execute a winning strategy for achieving all

demand & supply with the help of ERP & MRP solutions and report generations.

Major responsibility is to manage gate control, gate passes, security, walk through metal detectors,

transportation, fleet management, building maintenance, Civil works, interior maintenance, garden

maintenance, courier services, international & local traveling, machinery & vehicles insurance, security system,

CCTV cameras, guard patrolling system, security alarm system, fire fighting system & janitorial services.

Plan, organize, supervise, control, motivate & training of personnel with coordination of respective department

including meeting with all department heads for planning of timely procurement.

Deal all external issues of company including KESC, PTCL, KWSB, Cantonment board, APNS, labor law,

EOBI, SESSI, Police, agencies, consultant NESPAK, Civil Contractors & all supplier.

Developed & implemented a complete procurement & admin module in tailor made Oracle base ERP solution

including development of SRD’s and filters for report generation. Knowledge of MRP of production module.

Accord all approvals in ERP based forms & prepare Memos, generate Purchase Requisition, Purchase

Quotations, Purchase Approvals and Purchase Order and contract management.
