Penyelesaian Kes Saman Trafik Melalui Teknologi Komunikasi Jarak Jauh The Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, has issued Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 3 Tahun 2021 | Penyelesaian Kes Saman Trafik Melalui Teknologi Komunikasi Jarak Jauh, dated 27 Jan 2021, pertaining to the settlement of cases on traffic summonses by way of remote communications technology for all Magistrates’ Courts in Malaysia. Please be informed that the above-mentioned Arahan will take effect on 2 Feb 2021 (Tuesday). Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 3 Tahun 2021 is available here (see page 2 onwards) for your reference.
