SERVICES OFFERED BY THE AGENCY 1 Photocopy All the materials in library such as books, journal and magazine students or staff can use machine photocopy for free. But materials from outside library students not allowed used machine photocopy.

2 WiFi WiFi are available in the library KPTM Alor Star. Students can use wifi to access information and online materials as references

Computer For students that do not have computer they can come to library and use computer in library.

Reading Area Reading area is to improve the facilities and services in KPTM offer to users.

Waiting AreaKPTM make comfortable facilities for user while waiting for the next class. At waiting areas KPTM provide sofa seatsfor users.

LockersStudents will be given the key and return the key back after class sessions end.

Counter CirculationLectures, staff and students may borrow books and reserve materials at the circulation counter upon presentation of a valid KPTM ID

Koha is the first open-sources integrated in library system (ILS)

In the integrated online library system al-Kindi use a system Koha (open sources) for their system

In this system there are few type system that we can see and always use it for example is circulation, cataloging, serials, OPAC and so on
