ULASAN

Kecamatan Ampenan terletak di

ujung barat wilayah Kota Mataram yang berbatasan langsung dengan selat lombok. Di sebelah timur Kecamatan Ampenan berbatasan dengan Kecamatan Selaparang.Sedangkan sebelah utara dan sebelah selatan masing‐masing berbatasan dengan Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan Kecamatan SekarbelaKota Mataram.

Kelurahan. Kelurahan Ampenan

Utara merupakan Kelurahan yang

memiliki wilayah paling luas sekitar

26,36% dari luas wilayah

Kecamatan. Dari sepuluh Kelurahan

tersebut, empat diantaranya

merupakan daerah pantai,

sedangkan enam kelurahan lainnya

tergolong bukan daerah pantai.

Sekarbela Subdistrict of Mataram

Municipality.

The total area of the District

Ampenan is 9.46 km2 and is

divided into 10 ( ten ) villages.

Ampenan Village North is a village

that has the most extensive area

of about 26.36 % of the area of

the Subdistrict . The Village of ten ,

four of which are coastal areas ,

while six other villages classified

as not the beach area.

Kecamatan Ampenan memiliki

10 Kelurahan terdiri dari 55 Lingkungan dan 301 Rukun Tetangga (RT).Sementara itu untuk melayani kepentingan masyarakat, terdapat 148 orang aparat kelurahan di wilayah Kecamatan Ampenan dengan berbagai latar belakang pendidikan. Diantara 147 orang Aparat yang ada, 81 orang berlatar belakang pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas ( SMA ), 56 orang pendidikan Diploma atau sarjana dan sisanya sejumlah 11 orang dengan tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama ( SLTP ) ke bawah.

Untuk menggerakkan roda

perekonomian di Kecamatan

Ampenan, telah tersedia berbagai

sarana perekonomian yaitu terdapat

2 pasar umum, 1439 toko/kios dan

21 Lembaga Keuangan yang

tersebar hampir merata di sepuluh

kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan

Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan

Ampenan pada tahun 2016 adalah 89 421 jiwa yang terdiri dari 44 980 penduduk laki‐laki dan 44.441 penduduk perempuan yang berarti penduduk laki‐laki lebih besar dari penduduk perempuan dengan sex ratio 101. Apabila jumlah penduduk dibandingkan dengan luas wilayah sebesar 9,46 Km2, maka kepadatan penduduk di Kecamatan Ampenan adalah sebesar 9 449 jiwa/km2, yang berarti untuk setiap 1 Km2 wilayah Ampenan, terdapat sekitar 9449 jiwa yang menempati wilayah tersebut, hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa penduduk Kecamatan Ampenan tergolong padat.

Dilihat dari kepadatan masing‐

masing Kelurahan, Kelurahan Dayan

Peken merupakan Kelurahan yang

terpadat yaitu sebesar 18 998 jiwa/km2,

diikuti Kelurahan Ampenan Tengah dan

Kelurahan Banjar, terpadat kedua dan

ketiga yakni masing‐masing sebesar 18

822 jiwa/km2 dan18 191 jiwa/km2.

Sedangkan Kelurahan yang memiliki

kepadatan paling rendah adalah

Kelurahan Ampenan Utara dengan

kepadatan sebesar 2.983 jiwa/km2.

which means the male population is

a sex ratio of 101. When compared with

the population of an area of 9.46 km2 ,

the population density in Ampenan

Subdistrict amounted to 9 449 people /

km2 , which means that for every 1 km2

area of Ampenan , there are about 9 449

souls who occupy the territory, which

shows that residents of the District

Ampenan relatively solid .

Judging from the density of each

village , Dayan Peken Village is a village

of the densest in the amount of 18 998

inhabitants / km2 , followed by

Ampenan Tengah Village and Banjar

Village, second and third most populous

ie respectively by 18 822 inhabitants /

km2 and 18 191 inhabitants / km2 .

While the village which has the lowest

density is Ampenan Utara village with

population density of 2,983 inhabitants /

km2 .

Kesadaran akan pentingnya

pendidikan telah lama dikemukakan oleh para ilmuan. Pendidikan bisa diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal maupun pendidikan non formal. Di Kecamatan Ampenan telah tersedia sarana dan prasarana pendidikan formal dari tingkat dasar hingga perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta.

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di suatu wilayah.Untuk itu sarana pendidikan yang memadai sangat dibutuhkan keberadaannya. Sarana Pendidikan yang tersedia di Kecamatan Ampenan Tahun 2016 terdiri dari 36 (tiga puluh enam) Taman Kanak – Kanak dan RA (TK/RA), 35 (tiga puluh lima) Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasyah Ibtidaiyah (SD/Mi), 11 (sebelas) Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Madrasyah syanawiyah (SMP/MTS), 6 (lima) Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Madrasyah Aliyah (SMA/MA) dan 2 (satu) Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).

Penduduk Kecamatan Ampenan, memiliki karakteristik yang relatif heterogen sebagaimana halnya daerah‐daerah perkotaan lainnya,. Setidaknya dilihat dari keragaman agama yang dianut oleh masyarakat, yaitu Islam, Khatolik, Protestan, Hindu dan Budha. Secara garis besar mayoritas penduduk di Kecamatan Ampenan menganut agama Islam.

DESCRIPTION

Awareness of the importance of

education has long been put forward by scientists. Education can be obtained through formal education and non‐formal education. In Ampenan Subdistrict has provided infrastructure formal education from the primary level to higher education, both public and private.

Education is an important factor for improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) in a region. Related to that, adequate educational facilities are needed. Education Facilities available in the Ampenan Subdistrict in 2016 consist of 36 (twenty three) Nursery ‐ TK and RA (TK / RA), 36(thirty six) Primary School and Madrasyah Ibtidaiyah (SD / Mi), 11 (eleven) Junior High School and Madrasyah Tsyanawiyah (SMP / MTS), 6 (six) Senior High School and Madrasyah Aliyah (SMA / MA) and 2 (two) Vocational High school (SMK).

Ampenan Subdistrict residents, has a relatively heterogeneous characteristics as well as other urban areas. This is indicated by the religious diversity that is embraced by the people, namely Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, Hinduism and Buddhism. Broadly speaking, the majority of the population in Ampenan Subdistrict embraced Islam.

ULASAN

Sektor pertanian memegang

peranan yang sangat strategis dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan lahan pertanian yang sangat luas memiliki potensi yang besar dalam menyumbang stok pangan nasional.

Dalam pengertian luas, sektor pertanian meliputi sub sektor pertanian tanaman bahan makanan, peternakan, perikanan, perkebunan dan kehutanan. Sub sektor pertanian tanaman bahan makanan merupakan sub sektor yang memiliki korelasi dengan luas lahan, disamping iklim dan curah hujan. Luas lahan Sawah yang tersedia di Kecamatan Ampenan Tahun 2016 tercatat seluas 165.01 Ha, terdiri dari irigasisetengah tehnis dan Penggaraman Tinggi.

Sub sektor peternakan yang juga

merupakan bagian dari sektor

pertanian, memiliki potensi yang cukup

besar, yang bisa dibuktikan dengan

banyaknya jumlah ternak baik ternak

besar, ternak kecil maupun unggas.

Untuk ternak besar, sapi merupakan

yang terbanyak diikuti kuda dan terakhir

kerbau. Sementara itu ternak kecil di

dominasi oleh kambing. Sedangkan

untuk Kelompok unggas di dominasi

oleh Ayam Buras, Ayam Petelur,Merpati

dan Itik.

DESCRIPTION

The agricultural sector plays a very

strategic in enhancing the growth of the

national economy. Ampenan Subdistrict

with extensive farming land has great

potential in contributing to national

food stocks.

In broad terms, the agricultural

sector includes agriculture sub sector

food crops, livestock, fisheries, and

forestry plantations. Food crops sub

sector is a sub sector which is correlated

with land area, as well as climate and

rainfall. Rice land area available in the

Ampenan Subdistrict in 2016 recorded

an area of 165.01 ha, consisting of

technical half technical and High

Salinity.

Livestock sub‐sector is also part of

the agricultural sector, has a huge

potential, which can be evidenced by the

large number of livestock both large

livestock, small livestock and poultry. For

large animals, the cow is the most of

large livestock, followed last horses and

buffalo. Meanwhile small livestock is

dominated by goats. As for the poultry

group dominated by FR Chicken,Laying

Chicken, Broiler, Pigeon and some ducks.

Prasarana penunjang kelancaran

lalu‐lintas seperti jalan dan jembatan sangat besar peranannya terhadap kegiatan ekonomi bangsa. Kelancaran arus lalu‐lintas barang dan jasa sangat dipengaruhi oleh prasarana tersebut. Suatu daerah bisa dikatakan terisolir bila tidak memiliki jalan maupun jembatan. Begitu pentingnya prasarana tersebut sehingga keberhasilan pemerintah sering diukur dari keberhasilannya membangun prasarana tersebut.

Untuk sarana jalandi Kecamatan Ampenan, Tahun 2016menurut status jalan khususnya jalan Negara dan Jalan provinsi 100 persen sudah diaspal. Sedangkan untuk jalan Kota di Kecamatan Ampenan dari tiga jenis permukaan jalan yang ada, masih ada jalan dengan status jalan tanah dan Jalan diperkeras. Namun dari ke tiga jenis permukaan jalan yang ada tentunya masih di dominasi oleh jalan aspal yaitu tercatat sebesar 53,64 persen, jalan diperkeras45,96 persen dan jalan dengan permukaan tanah sebesar 0,39 persen.

Untuk sarana komunikasi, seperti

Pos dan Giro serta Telepon kabel hingga

tahun 2016 tidak menunjukkan

peningkatan, hal ini dikarenakan

pesatnya perkembangan jumlah telepon

cellular yang bisa diakses dari segala

penjuru wilayah Kecamatan Ampenan.

influenced by the infrastructure. An area

can be said to be isolated if they do not

have roads and bridges. The importance

infrastructure.

Roads in the Ampenan Subdistrict in

2016 according to the status of the road,

especially the State and Provincial roads

100 percent is already paved . As for the

city streets in Ampenan Subdistrict of

the three types of existing road surface,

there are roads with dirt roads and road

status hardened. However, of the three

types of road surface that is certainly

still dominated by asphalt road which

was recorded at 53.64 per cent,

hardened road 45,96 percent and the

dirt road by 0.39 percent.

Related to communication facilities, such as the Post and Giro and telephone cable for 2016 do not show an increase, this is because the rapid development of cellular telephone number that can be accessed from all over the Ampenan Subdistrict.

Tahun 2016 jumlah hotel dan

losmen di Kecamatan Ampenan tidak mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu 11 hotel/losmen yang terdiri dari 3 hotel bintang dan 8 hotel/losmen non bintang dengan 236kamar dan 412 tempat tidur. Dari 236 kamar yang ada terbagi menjadi 115 kamar untuk hotel bintang dan 121 kamar untuk hotel/losmen non bintang.

Apabila dilihat dari tenaga kerja yang diserap, jumlah tenaga kerja menurut tingkat pendidikan yang mendominasi adalah tenaga kerja lulusan SMA umum kebawah dengan persentase mencapai 63,2 persen dari total seluruh pekerja, sementara tenaga kerja lulusan diploma dan sarjana hanya mencapai 20,75 persen. Kalau dilihat dari peranan tenaga kerja terdidik dan trampil dibidangnya khusunya yang mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan kejuruanpariwisata/perhotelan sangatlah penting guna kelancaran pelaksanaan tugas dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayan hotel.

Besar kecilnya penyerapan tenaga kerja pada bidang perhotelan tidak terlepas dari banyak sedikitnya tamu, baik tamu domestik maupun tamu asing. Banyaknya tamu domestik yang menginap pada hotel‐hotel di KecamatanAmpenan tahun 2016 sebanyak 18 530 orang sedangkan tamu asing tercatat sebanyak 324 orang.

ULASAN

Pembangunan suatu wilayah

sangat ditentukan oleh kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan penerimaan daerah yaitu dalam hal pembayaran pajak. Di Kecamatan Ampenan jumlah wajib pajak dan nilai pajak di Kecamatan Ampenan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Persentase wajib pajak yang telah membayar pajak di tahun 2016 mencapai 92,65 persen, artinya belum semua masyarakat membayar kewajiban pajaknya. Sebaliknya, jika dilihat dari target dan realisasi pajak, realisasi pajak pada tahun 2016 telah mencapai 96,05 persen.

Pemegang peranan penting Perekonomian baik tingkat nasional maupun regional adalah masalah Harga. Turun naiknya harga akan mempengaruhi inflasi yang bermuara pada tinggi rendahnya daya beli masyarakat terhadap beberapa jenis komoditi. Peranan harga cukup penting karena terkait dengan penghitungan inflasi yang merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menentukan kebijakan dibidang ekonomi.

Rata‐rata harga beras C4 Super di wilayah pasar Kebon Roek Kecamatan Ampenan pada Tahun 2016 adalah Rp. 9.330 perkilogram. Sedangkan rata‐rata harga minyak goreng dan daging ayam masing‐masing adalah Rp 12.635 per liter dan Rp 32.551 per kilogram.

reached 96,05 percent.

While the average price of cooking oil

and chicken meat each is Rp 12.635 per

liter and Rp 32.551 per kg.

ULASAN

Pembangunan suatu daerah

tidak hanya di ukur dari segi materi atau kaca mata ekonomi saja, tetapi bisa juga dilihat dari indikator sosial ekonomi masyarakat di daerah tersebut.

Jumlah rumah tangga yang menggunakan Listrik PLN di Kecamatan Ampenan tahun 2016 mencapai angka 100 persen dari total rumah tangga yang ada, yaitu sejumlah 23.323 rumahtangga. Sedangkan Untuk mendapatkan sumber air bersih, sekitar 77 persen atau 17.959 rumah tangga di Kecamatan Ampenan telah menggunakan PDAM, sedangkan 4.123 atau 18 persen rumah tangga masih menggunakan sumur bor, dan sekitar 5 persen atau 1.241 rumah tangga menggunakan sumur gali. Untuk bahan bakar memasak yang paling banyak digunakan rumah tangga yang ada di Kecamatan Ampenan menggunakan gas elpiji yakni sejumlah 20.680 rumah tangga atau sekitar 89 persen.

pumps , and about 5 percent, or

1.241 households still use wells .

Related to cooking fuel used , the

majority of Ampenan Subdistrict

residents using LPG reached

20.680 households or about 89

percent .

Produk Domestik Regional

Bruto (PDRB) adalah total nilai produksi barang dan jasa yang diproduksi di wilayah (regional) tertentu dalam kurun waktu tertentu (satu tahun). Nilai PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Berlaku Kecamatan Ampenan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan, yaitu dari Rp. 1.341.984.811 ,‐pada tahun 2014 menjadi Rp. 1.699.273.379 ,‐ pada tahun 2016. Sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor, menjadi lapangan usaha yang menyumbang nilai terbesar yaitu sekitar 21,46 persen, di ikuti oleh sektor Industri Pengolahan sebagai penyumbang terbesar ke dua yaitu sebesar 12,95 persen dan di urutan ke tiga adalah sektor Informasi dan komunikasi mencapai angka 11,89 persen. Laju pertumbuhan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Berlaku Kecamatan Ampenan pada tahun 2016 adalah sebesar 42,48 persen meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya, sedangkan Indek Atas Dasar Harga Konstan 2000 Kecamatan Ampenan tahun 2016 adalah sebesar 24,70 persen.

percent , followed by the

Manufacturing sector as the largest

13.05 percent and in third place is

the information and communication

sector reaches 11 , 89 percent . GDP

growth rate at Current Market

Prices in Ampenan Subdistrict in

2016 amounted to 42,48 per cent

increase from the previous year,

while the GDP Growth Rate Over

2000 Constant Prices in Ampenan

Subdistrict 2016 amounted to 24,70

percent .
