Monorail Switch Actuator Control System The Monorail Multi-Point Switchbeam (MPS) actuator and control system consists of PLC based control, electrical motor winch assembly, sensors and displays. Topaz design, manufacture, install, test and commissioning the MPS system. The purpose of MPS is to control and navigate the monorail beam into multi positions with safety and precision. The MPS also interfaces with and controlled remotely (from DCS) as master controller that will diagnose and monitor the key loads such as the control panel, sensors, winch motor and lockpin motors.
