A traditional weapons

Once there was a poor woodcutter in a village. He had a very old and rusty bullock cart. The villagers made

fun of him whenever they saw him ride on it. The woodcutter would just smile at their rude remarks.

One day, a farmer from the village was bitten by a snake in the paddy field. He screamed loudly in pain. Allthe other farmers came and gathered around him. Nobody could do anything as there was no transport available to

carry him to the hospital. At that time, the woodcutter was passing by the paddy field in his cart. He stopped when

he saw the farmer who was in pain.

He felt pity for him and immediately carried the farmer to his cart, put him in it and rode to the nearest

hospital. The farmers life was saved and he thanked the woodcutter. The woodcutter thought to himself, I knew

my cart would be of good use someday.

We went to Sarawak last week and had a wonderful time there. We landed at the Kuching airport in the

morning and proceeded to Encik Aimans house by taxi. Encik Aiman who is our family friend, showed us around

the Kuching town. After reaching his house at 9.30 am, we had breakfast with him and started our journey at 10.15

am. We reached the town market after a thirty minutes of journey by bus. There we saw all kinds of beautiful items

for sale. I bought a brown ceramic vase for my mother. We left the town market at 11.30 am and proceeded to the

museum by foot. We reached the museum at 11.50 am. Encik Aiman told us that the journey would only take 10

minutes from the town market by taxi. At the museum, we saw many historical items such as traditional weapons,cooking utensils, clothing and even miniature longhouses.
