RINGKASAN
Pembayaran administrasi sekolah merupakan kontribusi wajib bayar yang
akan digunakan untuk keperluan penyelenggaraan dan pembinaan pendidikan.
membayar wajib adalah orang tua asli, orang tua tiri atau angkat atau wali siswa
yang mengikuti pendidikan di sekolah. SDIT Al Akhyar Kudus terlibat dalam
lembaga formal pendidikan. Sistem pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Al
Akhyar Kudus masih menggunakan metode manual yang mengakibatkan
kesalahan akuntansi dalam laporan keuangan proses sekolah dilakukan oleh
administrator sekolah. Informasi yang akurat diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi
kesalahan yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, analisis sistem, perancangan, pengkodean
dan pengujian. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuat sistem informasi yang
dapat digunakan untuk proses pengelolaan administrasi pembayaran pada SDIT
Al Akhyar Kudus.

ABSTRACT
Administration school payments is the compulsory contribution paid to be
used for the purposes of organizing and coaching education. Mandatory pay is
real parents, stepparents or foster or guardian of students who take education in
schools. SDIT Al Akhyar Kudus is engaged in the formal institutions of education.
Payment system made by SDIT Al Akhyar Kudus still use the manual method that
resulted in accounting errors in financial statements tuition process is done by the
school administrator. Accurate information is necessary to anticipate the errors
that occurred. The method used in this study is observation, interviews, literature
studies, systems analysis, design, coding and testing. This study is expected to
create an information system that can be used to process payments on the
administrative management of SDIT Al Akhyar Kudus.
