Dagangan dikatakan jus minuman mango dengan rupa bentuk fizikal sebagai cecair berwarna oren kemerahan. Berdasarkan label, dagangan mengandungi bahan-bahan seperti berikut: 15% pulp of mango fruit, water, sugar, citric acid, natural mango flavour, Vitamin C, preservative, colour no.E-110. Laporan kimia (PJ)IKA2612/09-0 bertarikh 18/11/2009 mengesahkan bahawa dagangan merupakan larutan berwarna jingga dalam botol plastik jernih dan berbau seperti mangga, mengandungi: air 84%, ekstrak tumbuhan, sukrosa, pewarna tiruan, nilai brix- 16.4 dan bahan pepejal 16%. Dipek dalam botol plastik 1.5 litre dan boleh diminum terus tanpa perlu di tambah air.. Mesyuarat Panel Penetapan Penjenisan Bil.15/2010 memutuskan kedua barangan ini sesuai diperjeniskan mengikut GIR 1 di bawah kod tarif 2009.80 919 sebagai other fruit juice ready for immediate consumption berdasarkan alasan bahawa: - Daripada analisis kimia brix level adalah 16.4 melebihi paras minima (13.5). Ini

bermaksud solid content adalah 16.4 dan paras air adalah 83.6 (100-16.4). Oleh itu dagangan sesuai sebagai mango juice.
