Regarded as one of the most beautiful mosques in Malaysia, its architecture consists of the golden dome and interesting minarets that epitomizes the beauty of Islamic architecture, complemented by other minarets standing at 126 feet each and surrounded by the domes which center lines are 60 feet deep.

The shape of the walls highlights a huge main dome at the center, accompanied by four balconies with their own dome, eight main minarets and 16 auxiliary minarets. It is said that all the domes and minarets signify the prominent figures in the past called the Orang Besar-Besar: Orang Besar Ampat, Orang Besar Delapan and Orang Besar Enam Belas.

Menara Condong Teluk Intan EXIT 130 BIDOR • 25KM

The leaning tower of Teluk Intan is unique due to its resemblance to the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy. Standing at 85 feet, the tower features 110 stair steps. Despite being built in 1885, the 130 year old tower still stands strong at the heart of Teluk Intan.

Previously used as a reservoir tank to supply water to the locals, the tower is also equipped with a big clock that chimes every 15 minutes. The tower appears to lean to the northern direction due to an overbearing weight of the water, thus regarding it as the second leaning tower in the world. While it is no longer used for its original purpose, the tower now becomes one of the most famous tourist attractions Teluk Intan.
