10 Figure 10.1 shows a magnet placed on a stationary trolley. Figure 10.1(a) is
the situation when the trolley is stationary while Figure 10.1(b) is the situation
when the trolley is moving into the solenoid.
Figure 10.2(a) shows a conductor which is stationary in the magnetic field
while Figure 10.2(b) shows the conductor being moved downwards in the
magnetic field.
