KANDUNGAN
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) adalah satu sistem pengukuran yang
mudah, berkesan dan membantu organisasi menjelaskan dan mengawal
tahap kemajuan sesuatu proses perkhidmatan yang disampaikan kepada
pelanggan selaras dengan misi dan visi sesebuah organisasi.
Penggunaan KPI adalah merupakan satu kaedah untuk mengukur strategi-
strategi yang telah ditetapkan untuk mencapai misi dan visi organisasi.
Selain itu, ianya juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualiti penyampaian
perkhidmatan setiap organisasi kepada pelanggan serta menambahbaik
sistem perkhidmatan teras sedia ada.
Prinsip-prinsip KPI ialah meletakkan sasaran, boleh diukur dengan angka,
diukur dalam keadaan normal dan selaras dengan misi dan visi organisasi.
KPI adalah ukuran spesifik didalam bidang tertentu.
KPI juga bertujuan mengukur prestasi penyampaian perkhidmatan agensi
Kerajaan kepada pelanggan khususnya kepada orang ramai.

SECTION A : GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Number of full time academic staff (permanent/contract staff)
2. Total number of fulltime students (local and international students including
post-graduate students)
SECTION B : QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF RESEACHERS
1. Critical Mass
Total number of academic staff involved as principal investigator of
research grants
2. PhD or Professional Qualification
a. Total number of staff with PhD/DSc, D.Eng
b. Total number of staff with Professional Qualifications (such as medical,
engineers, architects, accountants, etc)
3. Research Experience (3cohort) Total number of staff in each age group
4. Awards/stewardship conferred by national and international learned and
professional bodies towards research excellence
a) Bilangan anugerah dan pengiktirafan yang diberikan oleh badan akademik
dan profesional di peringkat antarabangsa kepada staf akademik.

akademik.
