Pejabat JPKN Cawangan Tawau bertanggungjawab terhadap pelanggan JPKN iaitu :-

Jabatan-jabatan kerajaan negeri Wilayah Tawau yang merangkumi daerah Tawau, Kunak dan

Semporna dalam memberikan perkhidmatan berikut :

• Bertindak sebagai pusat perkhidmatan ICT yang menyediakan perkhidmatan

pengkomputeran di Wilayah Tawau

• Menyelaras keperluan pembangunan, pelaksanaan dan penyelenggaraan sistem aplikasi ICT

• Mengkaji, mereka bentuk, menguji, membangunkan dan melaksanakan aplikasi sistem

• Menyelenggara dan mengkaji semula aplikasi-aplikasi sistem yang telah dibangunkan.

• Melaksanakan perancangan pengkomputeran dan pematuhan penggunaan ICT

• Memberi perkhidmatan konsultansi ICT dan merancang serta mengurus keperluan

perolehan ICT

• Meningkatkan tahap kesedaran keselamatan ICT serta melaksanakan dan memantau pe-

matuhan terhadap Polisi Keselamatan ICT Negeri.

SCSD Tawau Branch responsibles to its clients:-

The state government departments in Tawau region includes Tawau, Kunak and Semporna in

providing the following services:-

• To act as a ICT service center in providing computerisation services in Tawau Region

• To coordinate requirements of development, implementation and maintenance of ICT

application systems

• To review, design, test, develop and implement application systems

• To maintain and review the application systems that have been developed.

• To implement computerisation planning and monitoring usage of ICT

• To provide ICT consulting services, planning and managing ICT equipment procument

• To increase awareness on ICT security and to implement and monitor the compliance

with the State ICT Security Policy.

• To manage the ICT helpdesk services in the installation and maintenance of ICT hard-

ware , networking and software

• To provide on-loan multimedia equipment

Penamaan Ketua Pegawai Maklumat (CIO) di setiap

Agensi Kerajaan Negeri Sabah (AKNS) berkuatkuasa

pada 25 September, 2003. CIO diperlukan bagi me-

mastikan pembangunan dan pelaksanaan Teknologi

Maklumat di agensi kerajaan adalah seiring dengan

hala tuju agensi masing-masing.

Jabatan Perkhidmatan Komputer Negeri Sabah se-

bagai Urusetia CIO AKNS menganjurkan program

tahunan Persidangan CIO AKNS bagi mengumpul-

kan para CIO AKNS dari seluruh Negeri Sabah untuk

mempertingkatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman

melalui pembentangan kertas kerja dan perkong-

sian maklumat oleh penceramah-penceramah yang

dijemput khas.

Persidangan CIO AKNS 2012 yang telah diadakan

buat julung kalinya di luar Kota Kinabalu iaitu di

daerah Tawau telah dihadiri oleh seramai 160

orang peserta. Persidangan pada tahun ini selain di

hadiri oleh CIO AKNS telah turut dihadiri oleh sera-

mai 78 orang penjawat awam negeri Wilayah

Tawau yang sebahagian besarnya merupakan ketua

-ketua pejabat dari yang merangkumi daerah

Tawau, Kunak, Semporna dan Lahad Datu.

Sabah State Government Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The nomination of Chief Information Officer (CIO)

in each State Government Agencies (AKNS) was

authorized on 25th September 2003. The responsi-

bility of the CIO is to ensure the development and

implementation of information technology in the

government agency is in line with the direction of

the respective agency.As the secreteriat of CIO

AKNS, Sabah State Computer Service Department

annually organises CIO AKNS Coference for the pur-

pose of gathering all the CIOs from all over the

state of Sabah in order to improve their knowledge

and experience through the presentation of work-

ing paper and sharing information by specially in-

vited speaker.The 2012 AKNS CIO Conference was

held for the first time outside of Kota Kinabalu

which was in Tawau district had a total of 160 par-

ticipants. This year's CIO AKNS Conference was not

only attended by the CIOs but also attended by a

total of 78 Tawau Region state civil servants, mostly

head of departments from Tawau, Kunak, Sem-

porna and Lahad Datu.

Sistem Pengurusan Harta Awam Negeri Sabah

(eSISPHANS) adalah merupakan sistem penguru-

san maklumat harta awam negeri versi web iaitu

penggunaan secara atas talian. Sistem ini boleh

diakses dengan menggunakan mana-mana kom-

puter yang dirangkaikan dengan rangkaian kom-

puter Kerajaan Negeri (Sabah Net) dan semua

data yang dimasukkan disimpan di pusat pang-

kalan data.

Jabatan-jabatan boleh mengakses maklumat

harta awam negeri jabatan masing-masing sahaja

termasuk Ketua Jabatan boleh mengakses maklu-

mat harta awam di semua pejabat cawangannya;

dan Kementerian Kewangan sebagai pengawal

harta awam negeri secara menyeluruh boleh

mengakses maklumat harta awam negeri di se-

mua jabatan.

Pelaksanaan sistem ini di jabatan masing-masing

adalah secara berterusan; data harta awam

negeri jabatan yang dimasukkan ke sistem terse-

but hendaklah lengkap dan sentiasa di kemaskini

dengan memasukkan maklumat-maklumat

penempatan dan penyelenggaraan dan memberi

penekanan kepada data-data bagi Harta Modal

seperti kenderaan, komputer dan sebagainya.

State Public Property Management System

(eSISPHANS) is an on-line web-based informa-

tion management system of the state's public

property. The system can be accessed using any

computer that is networked with the State Gov-

ernment computer networks (Sabah Net) and

all data entered are stored in the central data-

base.

Each department can access the state public

property information of their respective de-

partments only; while the Head of Department

can access the informations of state public

property of all branch offices. The Ministry of

Finance as a guard of the state public proper-

ties as a whole can access the information of all

departments.

The implementation of this system in their de-

partments is on a continuous basis. Data of de-

partment's state public property entered to the

system should be detailed and constantly up-

dated with information of placement and main-

tenance and focus on data for Capital Assets

such as vehicles, computers and etc.

The course was held on 20-21 November,

2012 specially to Kunak District Office,

Semporna District Office and Semporna

District Council webmasters at Tawau

SCSD ICT Lab. The course was conducted

by Chen Nyuk Lee, Hapsah Madung and

Vun Lee Lee.

The objective of the course was to give

training to the respective District Office

webmaster in order for them to manage

and update new informations in their web-

sites. Training was also given to Semporna

District Council webmaster to build the

official website for their department.

The official website for Semporna District

Council was succesfully developed by

Webmaster Bando Janani which was pub-

lished on the 29 November 2012.

Kursus telah diadakan pada 20-21 November,

Daerah Kunak, Pejabat Daerah Semporna dan

Majlis Daerah Semporna.Kursus dijalankan di

Webmaster Majlis Daerah Kunak,

Ekxsan Hj. Mohammad telah berjaya

membangunkan laman web rasmi Ma-

jlis Daerah Kunak yang telah diterbit-

kan pada 13 Disember, 2012.

Webmaster Kunak District Council, Ekx-

san Hj. Mohammad was successfully

build the official website for Kunak Dis-

trict Council and was published on 13

December 2012.

Kursus ini diadakan khusus bagi mem-

beri latihan kepada Webmaster Majlis

Daerah Kunak untuk membangunkan

laman web rasmi Majlis Daerah Kunak.

Bantuan pengemaskinian terhadap laman

web rasmi Pejabat Daerah Semporna

yang sediaada telah dilaksanakan ber-

mula pada Febuari 2012 oleh Hapsah

Madung. Pengemaskinian terlaksana se-

penuhnya dan di muat naik pada Mac

2012.

Hasil bantuan pengemaskinian tersebut

laman web rasmi Pejabat Daerah Sem-

porna telah terkeluar dari senarai laman

web tidak kemaskini sejak tahun 2008.

Webmaster dan pembantu Webmaster

Pejabat Daerah Semporna yang baru di-

lantik iaitu Hayatun Nufus Zainal Abidin

dan Murni Mahansah telah turut serta

menghadiri Kursus Laman Web khusus

bagi Webmaster Pejabat Daerah yang te-

lah diadakan pada 20 hingga 22 Novem-

ber 2012 bagi melaksanakan penge-

maskinian maklumat laman web Pejabat

Daerah Semporna.

An assistance to update the existing official

website of Semporna District Office was con-

ducted in February 2012 by Hapsah Madung.

The updating was completed and uploaded

in March 2012. As a result, the official web-

site of Semporna District Office had been ex-

cluded from the list of outdated website

since 2008.

The newly appointed webmaster of Sem-

porna District Office and her assistant; Nufus

Hayatun Zainal Abidin and Murni Mahansah

attended the specific course for Webmaster

District Offices which was held on 20-22 No-

vember 2012 to enable them to maintain

PPTM (F29), Rozaime Abd. Rashid dari JPKN Lahad Datu telah men-

gadakan kursus perkongsian maklumat berhubung laman web dan

multimedia pada 10-11 Mei 2012 bertempat di Bilik IT JPKN Tawau.

Seramai tujuh orang peserta yang terdiri daripada 1 orang PTM, 4

orang PPTM dan 2 orang JTK(F22) telah menghadiri kursus tersebut.

Salah seorang daripada peserta tersebut adalah Chan Nyit Wan yang

merupakan Webmaster JPKN Sandakan.

Di akhir kursus peserta akan dapat membuat penambahbaikan keatas

rekaan laman web sediada dengan menggunakan kaedah Cascading

Style Sheet dan menyediakan slaid persembahan multimedia meng-

gunakan 'After Effect'.

The course was conducted by PPTM (F29) Rozaime Abd.Rashid from JPKN Lahad Datu on 10-11 May 2012 at

ICT Lab, JPKN Tawau; in effort to share IT information.

Seven participants had attended the course in which PTM(1), PPTM(4) and 2 computer technicians(F22). The

Webmaster from JPKN Sandakan; Chan Nyit Wan was among the participants.

At the end of the course, participants managed to improve the design of their existing website using Cascad-

ing Style Sheet and to prepare multimedia presentation slide using 'After Effect'.

Kursus Penggunaan Sistem Aplikasi dan Emel Rasmi

Kerajaan Negeri khusus kepada penjawat awam

negeri di daerah Tawau Siri 1/2012 telah diadakan

pada 28 Jun, 2012 di Bilik Serbaguna IT, JPKN

Tawau. Kursus dikendalikan oleh PPTM(F32) Siti

Sapturiah Mohamad dan PPTM(F27) Jaharah Abdul-

lah sebagai fasilitator kursus.

Kursus dihadiri oleh seramai 10 orang peserta dari

Perpustakaan Negeri Wilayah Tawau (3 orang), Ja-

batan Perancang Bandar dan Wilayah Tawau (2

orang), Jabatan Kerja Raya (3 orang) dan Jabatan

Pelabuhan dan Dermaga Tawau (2 orang).

Objektif kursus ini dijalankan adalah seperti berikut:

1. Mendedahkan peserta kepada sistem-sistem

aplikasi kerajaan negeri dan latihan peng-

gunaan.

2. Memberi latihan penggunaan emel rasmi

gunakannya.

within Tawau District was held on 28 Jun 2012 at ICT

Lab Tawau SCSD. The course was conducted by

The course was attended by 10 participants from

State Library(3), Town & Regional Planning (2), Pub-

lic Work Department (3) and Port and Wharf De-

partment (2)

The objectives of the course :

1. To expose participants to the use of State

Government System Applications.

Objektif kursus dijalankan adalah untuk :-

-memberi latihan kepada pengguna yang

baru mengambilalih tugas mengendalikan

sistem. Seramai 12 orang daripada 14 orang

peserta dikenalpasti sebagai pengguna baru

dan belum pernah menghadiri kursus SIS-

VOT.

-memberi latihan penggunaan sistem ap-

likasi SISVOT yang mengandungi ciri-ciri baru

yang melibatkan penambahbaikan kepada

proses kerja SISVOT

-memantapkan penggunaan terutama

dalam melaksanakan pengemaskinian pang-

kalan data melalui kaedah muat-turun, kae-

dah penghantaran baru penghantaran data

dan sokongan data-meningkatkan lagi tahap

kefahaman peserta dalam proses kerja

SISVOT dan mengurangkan kesilapan.

SISVOT Enhancement Training for Tawau

Region users was held at ICT Lab JPKN

Tawau on 06 – 07 March 2012. 14 partici-

pants from 11 departments i.e MPT, Tawau

Argriculture, Quoin Hill Argriculture, JPHPT

Kalumpang Semporna, Kunak Fisheries,

JPHPT Semporna, Treasury Semporna, JPHPT

Kunak, PWD Tawau , PWD Kunak and PWD

Semporna attended the course.

The training was fully conducted by Zuriffah

Ibrahim and Asnaini Sanna, assisted by Hap-

sah Madung, Vera Mokunjil and Vun Lee Lee

The Training Objectives :-

- to train new users on using the system.

There were 12 out of 14 participants identi-

fied as new users who never attend the SIS-

VOT training before.

- to train the usage of the new elements of

Sisvot application that involved the im-

provement of SISVOT's work flow.

- to enhance the use of the system espe-

cially on updating of data base through

downloading method, a new way of sending

and backup data

- to increase users knowledge on the work

flow of SISVOT and zero mistake.

�Kabel Rangkaian Kawasan Setempat yang berasingan telah diwujudkan bagi penggunaan

rangkaian Sabah Net di Jabatan Air Kunak pada 08/08/2012. Sebanyak 7 unit point telah

berjaya dipasang oleh Juruteknik Komputer Francis Mosidin, Jalal Epit dan Hapsah Madung

yang melibatkan Bilik Jurutera Daerah, Bilik Ketua Unit Billing, Bilik Hasil, Pejabat Am dan

Bilik Pentadbiran.

Pengkabelan rangkaian komputer di Jabatan Air Semporna melibatkan pemasangan seban-

yak 5 unit point kepada non-billing user di Bilik Ketua Kerani, Bilik Mesyuarat dan Bilik Pen-

guatkuasa bagi membolehkan akses ke intranet dan internet melalui rangkaian Sabah Net.

Tugasan ini telah berjaya dilaksanakan oleh Juruteknik Komputer iaitu Francis Mosidin,

Jalal Epit dan Hapsah Madung pada 07/08/2012.�

A separate local area network (LAN) for the Sabahnet users had been successfully in-

stalled at Kunak Water Department on 08/08/2012. The cabling include rooms for Dis-

trict Engineer, Head of Billing Unit, Revenue, General Office and Administration.

Kabel Rangkaian Kawasan Setempat (LAN) telah

diwujudkan di Jabatan Perhutanan Daerah

Kunak melibatkan Bilik Pegawai, Bilik Penolong

Pegawai, Bahagian Pejabat Am dan Bilik Fail

pada 20/03/2012. Sebanyak 5 unit points telah

dipasang oleh Juruteknik Komputer Francis,Jalal

dan Hapsah bagi membolehkan penggunaan

talian Sabah Net.

Five points of local area network cables had been

installed at Kunak Forestry Department which in-

volve the office of District Forest Officer, Assistant

District Officer, General Office and Filing Room on

20/03/2012. Jobs were done by the Computer

Technicians Francis Mosidin, Jalal Epit and Hapsah

Madung to enable Sabah Net connectivity.�

�� Kunak Mukim Office

Pemasangan kabel rangkaian komputer di ban-

gunan pejabat Mukim Perhutanan Jabatan Perhu-

tanan Daerah Kunak dilaksanakan pada

29/08/2012. Pengkabelan yang melibatkan 4 unit

point ini telah berjaya menyambungkan komputer-

komputer di bangunan ini kepada kabel rangkaian

kawasan setempat di Bangunan Utama yang mem-

bolehkan akses ke intranet dan internet melalui

talian Sabah Net.

The installation of network cable at Mukim Office of

29/08/2012. The cabling was succesfully connected

to 4 units of PCs at the Mukim Office building

through the main building of the department to en-

able the access to Sabah Net.�

Tawau Sabah Port and Wharf Department

Kabel rangkaian kawasan setempat telah diwu-

judkan di Jabatan Pelabuhan Dan Dermaga Sabah

Tawau pada 08/03/2012 melibatkan 8 unit points.

Pengesahan pemasangan kabel rangkaian dan

setting ke atas semua komputer yang terlibat di

Bilik Pegawai Laut (1), Pejabat Am(3), Bilik Pe-

nolong Pegawai Laut(1), Bilik Merinyu Kapal(1),

Bilik Mesyuarat(1) dan Pejabat Am(1) dilaksana-

kan oleh Juruteknik Komputer Francis Mosidin

dan Jalal Epit .
