In cooperation with Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd (PPC), our sister construction company, we have built and handed over more than 1,000 units of residential properties in Putrajaya’s Precinct 16. These properties range from apartments and townhouses to super-link houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows.

On the commercial front, we developed and built the multiple award-winning green building, the Diamond Building for the Malaysian Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga). This novel project has been accredited with both Platinum GBI and Platinum Green Mark certification. On top of this, we developed several neighbourhood commercial units in Putrajaya.

Being one of the foremost green property developers in Malaysia, we created what was possibly the first energy efficient Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) residential development in Malaysia – D’Heron at The Lake. These energy-efficient lakefront bungalows minimise the transmission of heat through their large roof overhangs, thermally insulated roofs and walls, as well as low-emissivity glass windows. These green bungalows are further equipped with grid-connected BIPV panels that are able to generate electricity for each home.

Aside from property development and investment activities, PPD provides value added services to our clients such as property management and green certification consultation services. We are also exploring opportunities to grow our businesses and expand our footprint outside the region of Putrajaya to other parts of Malaysia.

1. D’Heron at The Lake, which is located beside Putrajaya Lake, is a low-density development comprising 15 units of luxurious lakefront bungalows. Its green features include large roof overhangs, thermally insulated roofs and walls, as well as low-emissivity glass windows.

2. The Diamond Building, the Malaysian Energy Commission’s Headquarters in Precinct 2, Putrajaya has had the honour of being awarded both the GBI and Green Mark Platinum certifications. This double platinum green rating building has also won numerous other local and international awards for its innovative green features.

As a joint venture vehicle to develop parts of the Federal Government’s Administrative Centre in Putrajaya, PPD through our holding company, PPB secured the rights to develop Precinct 16 and several plots of land in Precincts 2 and 3 in Putrajaya.

To date, we have undertaken mixed development projects in Precinct 16 including government apartments, semi-detached houses, super-link houses, townhouses and government bungalows. Our developments include luxury residential units such as D’Heron 2 and Desiran Bayu.
