Bau merupakan bahan kimia yang wujud did alam udara. Apabila bahan kimia di dalam udara

masuk ke adalam rongga hidung, bahan kimia tersebut akan larut dalam lapisan mucus dan

merangsang sel-sel deria bau untuk menghasilkan impuls saraf. Impuls saraf dihantar ke otak

untuk ditafsirkan.

The smell is a chemical present in the air. When chemicals in the air enter the nasal cavity, the

chemicals will dissolve in the mucus layer and stimulates cells to produce impulse. The impulse

then is sent to the brain to be interpreted.

14. Air paip mengandungi bahan terlarut di dalamnya. Jumlah dan jenis bahan terlarut bergantung

pada tempat anda tinggal. Ini merupakan salah satu sebab kenapa rasanya berbeza bagi

into a glass and allowing it to evaporate.th ewhite ring or scale left behind in the glass contains

minerals that were dissolved in the water. Water that contains a lot of dissolved substances is

called hard water, while water that contains very few dissolved substances is called soft water.
