1 Tower / Mast The workpackage includes all work and material (e.g. antenna mast, associated steel parts) that is needed to prepare, construct, manufacture/fabricate, transport, erect and align a new towe r/mast for mounting GSM and Microwave antenna s to suit the necessi ties of the GSM proect for !adioMobil in the "#ech !epublic. $n more detail the work/installation to be carried out has to be according to the following specifications, the relevant "#ech %orms ("S%), laws and regulations including amendments and include s and is limit ed to& ' uilding services "lear awa* and store adacentl* topsoil from locations designated for cranes, lorries and storage areas Suppl* and deliver good bearing material for soil replacement and terrain adus tment for crane, lorr* and storage locations "over topsoil with adacentl* stored surface soil + oundation for the tower   uild a reinforced concrete f oundation for a good bearing base , using the permissible loading pressure s and in accordanc e with fi-ed reuirements includin g e-cavated materials, soil removal and refilling of e-cavations. The ma-imum elongation of the mast should not be more then 6,8 degree under the above mentioned conditions. The mast and the GSM and M7 antenna poles has to be designed for a wind velocit* up to '66 km/h 8 3 l ad de r (e .g. an od i#ed ; tree ladder, with a run g s pa n of '<6 mm and a tread width o f 8 6 mm p er si de ) starting appro-imatel* '6 cm above the foundation neck shall be installed. The following materials are permitted& hot galvani#ed steel pipe, corrosion resistant for maritime climate and ver* aggressive air  or grid mast, corrosion resistant for maritime climate and ver* aggressive air  or centrifugal molded concrete.

The construction has to be as follows& i-ing points for attachment of ladder and vertical cable ducting. 5esigned for 0 GSM antennae on top with a diversit* distance as specified (see Annex 1),

' - '6 cm diameter M7 antennas 4 m below the top of mast and ' - '6 cm diameterM7 antennas 6 m below the top of mast. The static calculation for the mast has to be doneaccording to "#ech law/regulations this means 6,88 k%/m ' wind load for sea levels 9 166 mand 6,1 k%/m' wind load for sea levels : 166 m. The ma-imum elongation of the mast shouldnot be more then 6,8 degree under the above mentioned conditions.

The mast and the GSM and M7 antenna poles has to be designed for a wind velocit* up to'66 km/h

pole and the load transfer to the building.<B The oints has to be secured according to "S%%orm and the statical planning. The used screws has to be

hot galvani#ed.B6 The structural anal*sis on base of the M7 antennas mentioned in the M7 description have to be done one

level higher (6.+ m D 6.0 m, 6.0 m D .' m and .' m D .' m).B 3ll mounting components are to be made of hot galvani#ed steel and of suitable strength and appropriate

dimension.B' Safet* installations (Soell securit* s*stem) for the personal climbing and working on the M7 antenna pole

has to be installed, according to the safet* regulations and their amendments valid in the "#ech !epublic.$f a Soell safet* s*stem is installed the needed interchange and get off services has also to be installed. The

Soell securit* s*stem has to be installed at free standing M7 antenna poles with a height of more than 8 mabove floor level.B+ oot steps (for poles with a height of less than 8 m above floor level) or a Soell ladder (for poles with a

height of more than 8 m above floor level) has to be installed until appro-imatel* ,8 m below the fi-ingpoint of the M7 antenna.

B4 3 grip for the rope for antenna transport has to be arranged on top of the antenna pole with a minimumdiameter of +6 mm.

B8 $f it is possible to walk in front of the M7 antenna, there has to be a minimum vertical safet* distance abovethe possible walking level of ',8 m.

Theminimum deep under ground has to be <6 cm.

8B The cable tra* shall be connected to the lightning protection s*stem.06 $f the galvani#ation of the cable tra* or the cable tra* coverage will be damaged b* cutting it has to be

deburred and covered b* #inkpainting.
