Idea of creating this company is developed jointly between five friends who came into from the times of universities. Because of a passion involved in this business, especially the retail sector, we have make a decision to set up a business called SARJAN MINI MARKET SDN BHD. There are 5 members in our company. We are starting our operation since 30 April 2012 until now we are operating our business 24 hours, 7 days per week.

Idea of creating this company is from learning at the university itself where we were taught how to set up a company when we have completed the studies in university. This is one of the government's effort to see the younger generation of modern times now moving forward in the areas of business in order not to miss the growing sophistication of modernization in this century. With a capital of our money has been provided, we have determined to be an entrepreneur in the retail 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 365 days a year at Sungai Koyan. Weve set up our shop with a variety of equipment especially for home appliances and also we are focusing in good wet and dry goods that will be the focus of the local community at there to be a focus area to buy daily goods for daily necessities.

As the whole, at the initial stage of our business, we will make announcements through flyers at the main focus in the area where they are recreational in the afternoon. In addition, we also make the initial sale where we offer discounts for all items in our store and also give gifts to those who purchase in our store and also make promotional sales on a monthly basis and a special time. We also give priority in customer safety and the safety of the goods we sell to install CCTV cameras and security equipment that will ensure the safety of our customers and the products that we sell. With the technology we use, it is hoped that customers can feel comfortable to purchase goods in our store.

SARJAN MINI MARKET SDN. BHD is partnership social business consists of 5 team members. The Mini Market are selling home appliances, dry and wet goods that we are getting supplier from our trusties supplier. We provide products that are in high demand in the market and we also sell food from different states will be the focus for the purchase of food for each state. We also provide home appliances products to make it easier to them clean the house and their home environment. At the initial stage, weve set up our shop with a variety of equipment especially for home appliances such as brooms, shovels, rubber mat and woven mats. We also provide a good wet and dry goods that will be the focus of the local community at there to be a focus area to buy daily goods for daily necessities such as rice, sugar, chicken, potatoes, meat, fish and many more that will get hot market in Sungai Koyan. We also provide a unique food from various states in Malaysia because we believe that many interested in food as from the east, south, north Malaysia. With this we are able to attract the attention of young people to recognize food from various places in Malaysia and probably will open up business opportunities for them to venture into manufacturing of food in Malaysia. We also found a way in which we can reduce the price to sales where we buy stock in large quantities and also sell our own brand. This will reduce the price to we market and increase sales. As usual, the customer will buy a product if the goods in cheaper price ranges affordable for them to buy in a large scale at a reasonable price. Although we are a new store, we will distribute a certain percentage of our profits to our distributed to nearby schools so that the school can live without budget constraints in terms of food and drinks, also as one of the promotion strategies as well as the corporate social responsibility(CSR) for our company.

Besides that, there are a homestay and RnR that nearest to our mini market, so we hope that, with the homestay and RnR near here and also the residence live here, we can give them a best services with safety and make them happy come to our mini market. SARJAN MINI MARKET are located at sungai Koyan, raub Pahang and we have 5 excellent good members to make the best in our mini market and also to develop our strength to the highest level. Our General Manager, Mohd Zulhelmy Bin Zainal are responsible to all of the department in the minimarket. Our Administrator Manager, Azrul Azli Bin Suhaimi are responsible for all things that are linked to the administrator and him also handling the personal information of Mini Market Team. The Operation Manager are Muhammad Hanafi Bin Abd Majid that are responsible for the operation that run in the in the minimarket and also responsible about the stock in the minimarket that we sell. At this time, we are sell our product lower than the original price, we will sell our product at this price for 3 weeks continuously. So the customer can get the benefit from the price we are selling. This technique are famously use in hyper market like Giant, Tesco, and also Aeon Jaya Jusco. SARJAN Mini Market will implement the pricing strategy that are famously used in the famous minimarket like KK SUPER MART where their vision are Provide Consumer Convenience Universally. Their operation are likely same as we are, we operate 24 hours a day. So the customer can come to our minimarket anytime as he want it. At SARJAN minimarket also have a different type of promotion especially in festive season like festive feast, Christmas, and Chinese new year because our targeted market are the people that are use the road to Genting Highland and the people that are spend the night at a nearby hotel. So we will use various technique of promotion to rise our profit and also make some charity to the righteous people.
