The aim is to provide for and regulate the management of controlled solid waste and public cleansing for the purpose of maintaining proper

sanitation and matters incidental thereto.

DEFINITION OF CONSTRUCTION WASTE

“Construction solid waste is any solid waste resulting from renovation, new construction and demolition, including development work, provision, repair or alteration as described in Section 2 672 of the Act.”

+ to reduce the waste generation in any manner and method,

+ to use specified amount of recycled materials for specified product

+ to limit the generation, import, use discharge or disposal of specified products or materials; …..... and several others requirement.
