    Kes-kes khas adalah seperti berikut:

    1 Kes Disiplin (tidak hadir, ponteng dan buang sekolah).

    Pentadbir sekolah hendaklah mengambil tindakan seperti berikut:

    i. Mewujudkan fail Kes Khas Sekolah untuk memfailkan semua kes

    ponteng dan buang sekolah.

    ii. Menyimpan senarai nama murid beserta dengan surat amaran dan

    laporan tindakan dari unit disiplin sekolah dalam fail Kes Khas

    Sekolah.

    iii. Melaksanakan PBS sepanjang murid hadir di sekolah. Sekiranya

    tempoh pelaksanaan dan penilaian PBS telah tamat, murid tidak perlu

    melaksanakan PBS tersebut.

    iv. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan Jawatankuasa

    PBS sekolah (JK PBS). Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JKPBS.

    v. Skor bagi komponen PP akan direkodkan berdasarkan hasil kerja

    semasa yang dilakukan oleh murid berkenaan.

    2 Murid yang tidak hadir ke sekolah untuk tempoh masa yang

    panjang atas sebab kesihatan.

    Pentadbirsekolah hendaklah mengambil tindakan seperti berikut:

    i. Mendapatkan laporan perubatan yang mengesahkan murid

    berkenaan sakit.

    ii. Melaksanakan PBS sepanjang murid hadir ke sekolah.

    Sekiranya tempoh pelaksanaan dan penilaian PBS telah tamat,murid tidak perlu melaksanakan PBS tersebut.

    iii. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan JK PBS.

    Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JK PBS.

    iv. Skor bagi komponen PP akan direkodkan berdasarkan hasilkerja semasa yang dilakukan oleh murid berkenaan.

    iii. Mematuhi prosedur permohonan keperluan khas berikut:

    Memastikan murid membuat permohonan kepada pihak sekolah. Murid

    yang tidak membuat permohonan akan dianggap sebagai murid biasa.

    Mengemukakan salinan dengan menggunakan Borang Maklumat Murid

    Dari Golongan Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) yang disediakan oleh LP

    berserta dokumen sokongan seperti laporan perubatan atau kad OKU

    kepada Pengarah Pelajaran Negeri untuk kelulusan.

    iv. Tiada sebarang pengecualian terhadap murid berkenaan

    dalam pelaksanaan PBS. Murid berkenaan akan ditaksir

    dan dinilai menggunakan mekanisme yang sesuai.

    v. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan JK

    PBS.

    Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JK PBS.

    vi. Pentadbir sekolah menyediakan segala keperluan khas

    murid berkenaan seperti perkhidmatan, peralatan atau

    perisian khas dalam pentaksiran PBS.

    4 Murid yang bertukar sekolah.

    Pentadbir sekolah lama hendaklah mengambil tindakan

    seperti berikut:

    i. Memastikan evidens PBS murid berkenaan telah

    diserahkan kepada sekolah baharu.

    ii. Mengemaskini skor PBS murid berkenaan dalam

    SPPBS sebelum proses perpindahan tersebut.

    iii. Pentadbir sekolah memaklumkan pertukaran tersebut

    kepada Pegawai PBS PPD dan Pegawai PBS JPN.

    Pentadbir sekolah baharu hendaklah mengambil

    tindakan seperti berikut:

    i. Mendapatkan surat rasmi dari sekolah lama murid

    yang menyatakan sebab-sebab PBS tidak dapat

    dijalankan dan murid tiada skor.

    ii. Melaksanakan PBS untuk murid berkenaan bagikomponen PS, PAJSK dan PPsi sepanjang tempoh

    murid berada di sekolah baharu.

    Bagi komponen PP, sekiranya tempoh pelaksanaan

    dan penilaian telah tamat, murid tidak perlumelaksanakan PP.

    5 Murid di bawah pengawasan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Sekolah

    Menengah Henry Gurney dan Sekolah Integriti) dan Jabatan

    Kebajikan Masyarakat (Sekolah Tunas Bakti dan Sekolah Harapan).

    Pentadbir sekolah berkenaan hendaklah mengambil tindakan seperti

    berikut:

    i. Tiada sebarang pengecualian terhadap murid berkenaan dalam

    pelaksanaan PBS.

    Murid berkenaan akan ditaksir dan dinilai menggunakan

    mekanisme yang sesuai.

    ii. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan JK PBS.

    Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JK PBS.

    iii. Merujuk kepada Pengarah Peperiksaan untuk mendapatkan

    maklumat dan tindakan selanjutnya bagi melaksanakan PP untuk

    murid berkenaan.

    6 Atlet yang terlibat dalam kejohanan peringkat negeri dan / atau

    kebangsaan / antarabangsa.

    Pentadbirsekolah hendaklah mengambil tindakan seperti berikut:

    i. Melaksanakan PBS sepanjang murid hadir ke sekolah. Sekiranya

    tempoh pelaksanaan dan penilaian PBS telah tamat, murid tidak

    perlu melaksanakan PBS tersebut.

    ii. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan JK PBS.

    Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JK PBS.

    iii. Merujuk kepada Pengarah Peperiksaan untuk mendapatkan

    maklumat dan tindakan selanjutnya bagi melaksanakan PP untuk

    murid berkenaan.

    7 Murid yang baru pulang dari bermastautin di luar negara.

    Pihak sekolah hendaklah mengambil tindakan seperti berikut:

    i. Pelaksanaan PBS hanya dilakukan semasa murid berada di

    sekolah.ii. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan JK PBS.

    Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JK PBS.
