La Levibreton EUREKA calibra, spiana, leviga, lucida le lastre di granito grazie alla combinazione delle teste Mirage ad elevata capacità di asportazione con le tese a 8 settori oscillanti SG8.I primi mandrini con motore da 22 Kw, a pressione pneumatica, dove sono montate le teste ad alta asportazione Mirage, sono polivalenti poiché possono,

a scelta dell’operatore, calibrare oppure solamente levigare le lastre. Infatti sono dotati di dispositivo a regolazione elettronica per limitare la corsa verticale del mandrino, in modo che non scenda mai al di sotto della quota voluta. Tale dispositivo può essere disattivato ed in questo caso il mandrino funziona come un normale mandrino di levigatura.

Levibreton Eureka however is primarily a honing/polishing machine that can also function as a gauging/levelling machine when required.

Levibreton EUREKA gauges, levels, hones and polishes granite slabs thanks to the combination of Mirage heads with high removal rates and SG8 heads with 8 oscillating bricksThe first spindles with 22 kW motor and pneumatic pressure, on which the Mirage high removal rate heads are installed, are multi-function because they can gauge or simply hone the slabs, at the operator’s discretion. Moreover, the spindles are equipped with an electronic adjustment device to limit their vertical stroke in order to eliminate the risk of descending below the required position. This device can be disabled if not required, in which case the spindle operates as a normal honing spindle.

Le teste Mirage equipaggiate con 6 utensili diamantati troncoconici ad asse di rotazione inclinato hanno una elevatissima asportazione grazie al rapporto eccezionalmente alto tra la velocità di rotazione degli utensili e quella della testa: la testa ruota a 249 rpm mentre l’utensile ruota a 2800 rpm, così la velocità dell’utensile rispetto alla lastra si attesta sui 30 m/s, ottimale per la lavorazione del granito.Non solo la capacità di asportare è estremamente elevata, ma anche il costo dell’utensile per mq a parità di asportazione è straordinariamente basso grazie al fatto che il diamante può lavorare in condizioni ottimali.

The MIRAGE heads equipped with 6 inclined axis tapered diamond tools offering extremely high removal rates thanks to the exceptionally high ratio between tool rotation speed and head rotation speed: the head spins at 249 rpm while the tool turns at 2800 rpm, so tool speed with respect to the slab is around 30 m/s – the optimal value when machining granite.Not only does it offer very high material removal capacity, but also the cost of the tool per square metre, compared with equal removal rates, is incredibly low because the diamond cutting edge can operate in

optimal conditions.
