INTRODUCTION

RINZA GLOBAL ENTERPRISE was duly registered vide Registration No. 002245831-P on

22nd

July 2013 and is a 100% Bumiputra controlled business entity under the proprietorship of

Abu Zarin Ismail. He was a formerly Manager with TENAGA SETIAVESTA SDN BHD

company from year 2000 to 2012.

The proprietor, Abu Zarin Ismail is an enterprising entrepreneur and has been managing

RINZA GLOBAL ENTERPRISE on a full time basis.

RINZA GLOBAL ENTERPRISE also have a few talented and dedicated personnel in

managing our business and their background of skills and experiences in this field are

excellent.

Previously, we did maintenance works for DEWAN FILHARMONIK PETRONAS under

TENAGA SETIAVESTA SDN BHD company for almost 8 years with the scope of works for

HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting , Building Control System, Architectural, Audio Visual,

Lighting Control, Building Security System and CCTV, Theatre Rigging, Information

Technology and Performance Lighting.

INTRODUCTION

AWIS BIN ABU BAKAR as a Director of RINZA GLOBAL ENTERPRISE. Previously he

was a Mechanical Engineer at TENAGA SETIAVESTA SDN BHD from 2006 to 2012.

His main duty was giving technical maintenance support to on site activities and ensuring that

the correct components and procedures are followed to ensure quality control. Provide

Mechanical Engineering expertise and technical advice to other members of staff.

Preparation of estimates for Mechanical Engineering works.

Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities.

Responsible for recording and maintaining engineering records.

Prepare risk schedules to identify and quantify risks and mitigation measures.

Maintain good client relationships at all times.

Built a data base for mechanical equipment.

Previously, he also did maintenance works for DEWAN FILHARMONIK PETRONAS under

Juhisam Sani is an Information Technology graduate. His position as a manager in RINZA

GLOBAL ENTERPRISE is to ensure the business and the communication with the clients are
