1.Hire labour, gather all items such as tools, materials and equipment that listed at the bidding proposal.2.Apply the planning permission through OSC.

3. Obtain the Development Order from the Planning Department and paste it at the construction site.4. Provide for all temporary facilities: A. Temporary Power, B. Temporary Water, C.
